More Death Note stuff

Throughout the entirety of the series, I'm actually the most emotional about Raye Penber and Naomi Misora.
The reason kinda is related to my own perception of them, so not totally accurate but also...not necessarily inaccurate? Basically, even though ik the fandom tends to see him as being sexist, I keep on not really focusing on that point because subtle misogyny is sprinkled throughout the series, so that's less his character and more just...the fact that he's written by whom he is. Other than that, what I see is an extremely naive man who will show some random teenager who he's tailing his ID, only to do nothing to help in the (already dictated) situation. And then he hecking dies and takes all his colleagues with him. 
There's also the fact that in the anime (I forgot who else was on the bus in the manga), everyone else on the bus is a pair (the old couple, younger couple, and Light and his pretend girlfriend), while Raye is just there. I think maybe that was intentional to foreshadow Naomi 
And Naomi...I don't think I even have to comment about her. Hecking nerfed for the plot and with the coolest hecking design. People say that her death is the point where Light goes beyond redemption, and while I disagree with that, it is a really good "oh SCREW you" moment. Raye and her deserved so much better. Both of 'em should have retired. 

Also thinking about how Kiritsugu and Light are kinda similar on the surface level. And they're both kinda pathetic.
I must say though, there's something very intriguing to me about their differences as well. Light's ideology comes from his privileged upbringing and his father being a policeman, in the midst of a world that he otherwise perceives as being rotten. Kiritsugu, meanwhile, has always interested me because it feels like his ideals were innate to him. His father is a typical mage who cares about no one really other than his own studies, his son, and maybe his wife (who got killed by the Magus Association), but Kiritsugu is pretty much the polar opposite--someone who sacrifices all the individuals he cares for for the sake of the greater world. 
So basically, I wonder what Kiritsugu would do with the Death Note (I think he'd destroy it, he's good enough at killing people without it)

For context, you get an army dumped at you, and the chokepoints are blocked with pillars so you can't use damage over there or you open up a handy shortcut to your base. Btw, @my Operators, can y'all stop knocking those things down? I said beat the dudes up first. LAPPLAND, YOU JUST K.O.ED REED. SHE WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT PILLAR. WHAT THE HECK.
Also love the image of Hoederer looking at the aerial enemies he cannot stab. Bro, I thought you have a big hecking sword, just aim it up (he said No) 
Me about to add Hitan into Arknights fr so he can get aerial enemies (they're made of stone and they hecking slap your Operators with their wings while you can't hit them with your melee Operators)
Oh btw the chapter boss, who just starts flying after Phase 1, hasn't even appeared yet. Whyyy do I suck so much. Why.

Btw, no, I don't know what class Hitan would be, but Sniper, Supporter, and Specialist are the obvious choices. Especially Sniper, but Specialist and Supporter are really good memes, and that way I could bring him to IS /j
I honestly think that he would be vibing in Terra, since he can't be Infected and he's too used to suffering to really be fazed. I also do still think that he and Hoederer would be friends. He just vibes well with teacher characters. I do feel like Ines barely tolerates him for some reason (and W dislikes him), but hopefully those are just surface-level instincts. 
Also, I will hecking make him friends with a whole group of Sarkaz for irony purposes lol (I realized Logos and Hoederer are both Sarkaz, which is pretty funny). Unfortunately, he can't really befriend Warfarin, but maybe he and Closure would sorta vibe? 
I think he and Nymph would hit it off lol. Which is kinda funny. I love picturing my angelic dude with the most wholesome pink-aesthetic Sarkaz girl. Oh, and I think his dynamic with Odda would be fun too, I think he'd be interested in the life of a Messenger and help out in his own ways. He keeps on reminding himself that Odda isn't a kid, but he can't help himself at times and keeps keeping snacks on him in case Odda shows up at the landship. 
In terms of Sankta, unfortunately I don't see him and Mostima being close, as they're both very distant from people generally speaking, but they'd work well on a mission if they end up in the same event lol. 
In other words, he's probably more likely to appear in Kazdel and Liches-related plot is what I'm getting. He keeps away from the Holy City (I mean I think him appearing would screw stuff up lol). He kinda just vibing like I said. 

I also think that he'd be an ally of Rhodes Island, but has a bad habit of dropping off the ship (literally) when he feels like it and making a pitstop at who-knows-where. He gets reprimanded about departure paperwork for a bit, but everyone knows that he's hella literate, just ignoring what he read. Everything else he does according to the books, but sometimes he just drops himself off the edge of the railing for some reason lol
