I think it might be because I nearly cried again from some of my usual dense thoughts and connections
I was thinking about Wave's dedication to healing Kurome from,,, basically all of her life experiences and all the crimes she's committed when even her family gave up on her, and I was thinking about how close Wave and Run probably were in actuality even if it wasn't shown as much. I mean, the only time Run really ever hollered in the series was when he heard Wave was injured and that was basically the 'rudest' thing he was ever doing (Run's a really polite dude, he doesn't usually come into a room hurling the door aside and shouting to his friend) and I just-- jkjfikjweofj
And even though Run and Kurome weren't usually shown to be close he delayed his own death and endured more pain (even after having finished his goal) just to bring her to safety, and I recalled that instant where Kurome was sincerely concerned for him (as he died) and then suddenly stabbed him and just--I can't blame Kurome for her twisted mentality and at least she's healed somewhat/on her road to healing but it was just tragic
I would do anything for the three of them just to have a happy story. Like in an alternate universe I like to imagine Kurome and Wave together and then Run being the groomsman for Wave in their wedding, and he'll check on them once in a while.

See I really loved how Kurome and Wave got together because they did start off as friends and their first impressions were like "do not steal my cookies" "wHAT THE HECK GIRL"

I feel like even Seryu has her reasons, even if her morals are twisted as heck, but I feel like somehow she could be redeemed.
I mean, at least she cares about people close to her???
Most of the Jaegers have mental issues (see: Sadism, insanity, more insanity, sadism/vengeance, lack of empathy, etc.) but at least some of them are actually capable of being normal human beings if they were allowed (see: Wave [he has no problems lol fish boy is great], Run, Kurome, Seryu[??], Bols)
Idk, there's not much on Seryu's background but I sometimes think her father probably had child-educating issues [I don't mean abuse, I mean like he basically brainwashed her from youth], and she does have some individuality and stuff when she's not being a psycho

Idk I feel like I have never been able to think on why Stylish is the person he is
I do concur with most of the fandom that he is probably gay and that leads me to interesting thoughts since Run is also male and in the manga he is not as androgynous and then I just go 'screw off, Stylish, stay away from both Run and Wave lol'
I do feel like if Stylish were still alive and like Wave or Run got married Stylish would say something incredibly strange like 'Some relationships have three people in them ;)' and just scare the heck out of Wave
I can't see Run as someone who'd marry though smh idk

The only AgK! fanfic I liked on Fanfiction.net was actually a crackship, Leone x Run or something. It turned out more compatible than I thought, and I mean, Seryu redeemed herself and Wild Hunt died brutally (yesssss) so yeah, that was fun, just had to skip all the "lemon" stuff and yeeep.
I enjoyed watching the author work out plot things on the go, honestly.
Anyways, even though I read the fanfic, I still can't imagine Run being a husband.
Him being a father though? I mean it's not unlikely
I'm sorry, I'm just making all the weird headcanons here lol
Idk, the only thing that really throws me off about his marital status and stuff is that in the manga series he never seems to be interested at all and only ever uses romance to manipulate his way somewhere.
Ofc not being interested in certain women doesn't really mean he's aro and/or ace but it just kind of gives me weird implications on how he'd handle an actual relationship with someone he'd actually like
