As usual, it's a piece of art.

I'd like to keep most of my thoughts to myself so I can strew in them, but I must say that it makes sense to me why they chose Emiya, Arjuna, and Karna to be the main characters of this one. It wasn't obvious at first, but rewatches made it more apparent.
The Super Karna vs. God Arjuna fight is probably better appreciated by people who are intricately familiar with their story, but as an outsider I can say that I think the usage of the chakra is intentional, and that I appreciate how with just the music, it feels like their fight is personal. It's not about the wrongful choices that God Arjuna made in this Lostbelt, or the questionable allegiances that Karna swore to keep in PHH--it is simply Karna vs. Arjuna, the two finally having a fair fight and duking it out to resolve their regrets. I'm not totally sure but I feel like the flashes of them in life (much more toned down compared to their Fate designs) is supposed to emphasize that too. That they reconciled as brothers in the end, no matter what happened between them. .

Seeing Caster Cu/Grimr and Aesc together is also killing me. Imagine being a mage with (the ability to simulate) Clairvoyance, who sees a dear friend depart and walk a path of destruction forced upon her. I am pretty sure that Aesc is literally walking upon Cernunnos' fur as the flame motif (and obvious cup symbol) from "Coronation" goes on. Then you see the golden butterflies of hope fade, her walking in blood, and the star of hope fall--and then Grimr's left eye bleeding. Words cannot emphasize the emotional devastation of the entire sequence.   

Anyway I'm definitely normal about this (I've looked a few times for the Prince of Lanling, but I think Ying Zheng is the representative of LB 3, so neither he nor Yu Mei-ren are there
