It was good. My favorite Ordeal Call. Possibly one of my favorite Main Story. 
I will clown on Cagliostro any day of the week.

Slightly more in-depth review:

The start was better imo, but I did binge the story, so take that with a grain of salt.
I always enjoy seeing Jalter, Salieri, and Kagekiyo/Ushiwaka, so yeah. Always glad to see how well I understand Ushi lol
I also really loved Osakabehime and Mandricardo in the dream world. I hold them very close to my heart (Osakabehime as one of my most consistent performers and Servants, and Mandricardo because he's an awkward and relatable weirdo lol, and they go well on a team with Changgong), and it's nice to see that they would really be stellar friends to anyone. I wish the story allocated some time for me to say goodbye to them for real. 

Connected to that, I also do love Jalter and her moments of empathy, where she points out that she never really had a family of her own and doesn't really care all that much for the Earth, but still sympathizes with Fujjimaru. I wish she could have had a moment with Osakabehime and Mandricardo in particular to emphasize that even though she's never had a normal life, she still was genuinely fond of them. 

I also kinda enjoy how this chapter illustrates Dantes' abnormality. Yes, dude has been around for a while as our dream immune system. Yes, that's real nice of him. But also, he initiallly debuted 'cause he was curious about the Demon Gods. He has little in the way of socialization. He is okay with murdering people as long as it's for the greater good in his eyes. 

In terms of weaknesses, the antagonists were undercooked. They didn't need more screentime--they needed more time for their backstories and motivations beyond "OOOH AVENGER EDGYYYY".
Take Cagliostro, for instance. Bro has 0 dynamic with Dantes. Apparently they faced off in life. Okay. We have no info. He just gets pwned with Dantes' Noble Phantasm. Twice. Get clowned on.
I also think that the initial few Avengers are okay in terms of their character dimensions (since we're familiar with Boudica and Salieri, and narratively speaking, the 1st and 2nd trials are supposed to be an introduction to the whole premise, which I think was done pretty well), but starting from Marie, I was expecting much more to be shown rather than told. And btw, I did enjoy Marie Alter because it was nice to see her contrast from her normal self. But I would have loved to see more of her grief surrounding her family. Instead, all I got from her talking about "her Charles" was "wow she sure sounds like Specter talking about their cop OC". And yes I know Charles is her son...there was just so much to work with that just. Wasn't.
And then we had Theodoric Alter. All that talk about a king's pride...bro was feeding my NP gauge with his 6 partywide-attacks. He was doing 0 damage through my singular Prince of Lanling Leads the Formation Damage Cut. Dude was NOT intimidating. I will remember nothing about his character. And what about his fight with Dantes in life, too? That sure happened, huh?
Lastly, Dantes. His art is VERY cool but...bro, really? I feel like I learned nothing about him except that I should maybe trust him a little less than I do, which is already at a weirdly high amount just because he's a funny cool-looking guy. A good lesson but not really story relevant.

Also, Hassan of the Shining Star's screentime got stolen by everyone else, I think. He needed more time to talk with everyone. I in particular wanted to see him and Kagekiyo sharing a brain cell. And there had to be a reason why he was the only one summoned by humanity for this Ordeal Call, but that wasn't addressed. And he never did give us his official stamp of approval, which btw was his entire dynamic with the main character. Dude didn't get treated too badly, but there was so much room for improvement.

Anyway, funniest moments:
-Amadeus' whistle lowkey killed me lol. Dude is funny
-I love Hessian. I love the headless ghost. Dude is full of whimsy
-I enjoyed Hassan's one moment of trying to get Fujimaru out of bed

Thinking about it and it is honestly good that I can't get Summer Xu Fu because then I would have to grail her to level 90 and I do not have grails.

Alas, Wuling story is back to boring me out of my skull. I want to skip story but also I don't want to skip story, if that makes sense.
I feel bad whenever it's clear people put effort into something but it still doesn't make me feel anything.

I'm pushing forward so I can hopefully beat Ardashir up at some point...but people keep thinking he's going to be an anniversary character...
Me when my morals get bought over by a character having a cool moveset (lol) (I'm actually just making fun, I'm very good at not pulling for people I hate. He's not there yet but he's going a little close. Dude thinks he can bribe me with a coin for some reason??)

I feel like my preferences for male characters are really funny

Socially awkward (and possibly autistic) men who are actually really earnest, really earnest dude who acts based on his version of justice, shady guy who's keeping a secret that's maybe a little too serious (but in the long run isn't all that much tbh) and is morally grey but has great drip, and guy who is just sunshine and rainbows despite everything that could have justified him being otherwise...I might not have a single type but there are definitely categories
It gets a lil grey sometimes, like Camille is very earnest and slightly socially awkward while still being a just person (but who is prone to making mistakes based on his judgment, and so is correcting it). Zuo Le is earnest and polite but is working on his internal motivations and aligning his actions to those motivations. Hellagur/Pogranichnik is disciplined and sticks to his promises...so basically earnest and kind. He gives you candy when you give him a gift.
Ardashir kinda just is Endmin motivated, I think. He keeps on meeting us but not finishing what he wanted to talk about, so he keeps wanting to meet again. Bro is a simp who is morally...yeah idk how to describe him. A piece of work probably.

I swear he might be one of the heroes from Terra but I have no proof

 
Oh yeah, also, all these guys wear uniforms or suits, or some kind of combination thereof. 

So basically on one side, I like the earnest people who are working toward the better, and on the other I like the iffy people who are pretty much writing themselves toward their deaths. Both are interesting. I like both.

The funny thing is that my mom sorta shares those tasted that I listed above, but she just takes out bits and it just becomes sunshiney guy who acts for justice and is cute and must be protected. She really likes the pure good guys.
Neither of us are too impressed by the other's tastes, funnily enough. She doesn't really favor people with androgynous appearances, for one. I like dudes with long hair.

He hits the :3 face in his smile, which is kinda cute when he's not threatening to hurt people we care about for no stated reason except that he has to do it for some reason, apparently.

He's a hacker in the sense that he just tries to dismantle everything and burn it down, which I think is kinda funny if you ignore the fact that "everything" is keeping liquid death away from innocent civilizations.

Idea for Arknights AU Not-Quad Squad: Wiley, Raez, and Rai were in the army together
Wiley would've been dead 100 times if not for the fact that the other two cheated to help him (well, Rai did, Raez makes it through military training and the very fires of hell fine and dandy)

Then they separate for a bit due to reasons and that's when Wiley meets Petey while Rai meets Dion somewhere, and I guess they all reunite at Rhodes Island eventually?
Pete is just that one NPC who keeps appearing in events without becoming playable unless something literally forces them to be (Shalem-core) while Raez is just happy to be there ('there' meaning 'anywhere'). Wiley is just dragged along for the ride
