The other day I saw a joke video whose topic was "trying to learn basic facts about your friends", which I felt was pretty nifty. 
I could relate to it in the sense that asking you guys "How are you?" doesn't go very well nowadays, and I also couldn't relate to it 'cause I feel like I overshare about myself. 

Anyway, how are you? Are there positive and negative things in your life? Are they balancing each other out?  
I think you're not in the habit of asking questions back, so I'll go ahead and answer that for no reason (AKA oversharing about myself for no reason. I wanted to put a live example of what I was talking about):

I'm doing pretty well. I actually got a full-time job for the summer! And I got really good grades for the last semester, the best I've gotten in college actually.
Part of the reason for the academic improvement is 'cause I lost the last job that I got around the start of the semester, so I got more time to devote to being a nerd (quote-on-quote nerd, I have imposter syndrome for this topic only). I got laid off and uhh...guess which ethnicity the person responsible for that was. Did you guess Chinese? Yippee! Yay! Yeah, they were Chinese. I bump into one of my past coworkers once in a while. 
For this job, my partner has never been on time so far, but the professor I chose to work under is super nice. I keep bumping into the professor who hates me in the hallway and boy oh boy does he hate that. He's been trying to avoid me but we're on the same floor. 
I love science. (I also love being a nuisance)

Mentally I'm kind of all over the place. Honestly I think I was doing fine for the second half of 2025 (maybe I was too busy to think about it), but loneliness sort of hit in super early 2026 and it's been on and off. Very annoying, and maybe it's just my usual thing. Anyway, I'm happy most of the time, but not very socially functional. In my opinion.

I dunno why I said mentally for that last bit. Physically...I'm losing weight from the entire on-campus meal plan fiasco a few years back? I guess that's a good thing, but I need to do more exercise anyway. We still have more work to do in that department.  

My mom also says hi lol. She says that she wants you to take care of yourself and to do it for others on the days where it doesn't feel like you can do it for yourself.

Sleeping is kinda an on and off thing for me too. I think the most important thing is to try not to think about Things (life obligations AND characters lol. I keep learning about the latter the hard way), and to finish whatever you can before getting ready for bed. At times that's a lot harder than it seems, but the principle withstands. 
I also think that tiring yourself out (not to the point of exhaustion) helps a little bit, plus it's good for you. Don't do it right before bed, preferably exercise sometime in the afternoon or evening (in my experience), but I'm not sure how it is for you.

What video games have you been playing recently? I assume Limbus and Cookie Run Kingdom are among them?
