Also clearly the direct solution to resolving this dilemma is just to harness the power of unbridled incompetent bureaucracy
Those people can't be run over by the trolley if I don't finish the related paperwork first

Also I feel like there's some OSHA violations going on if six people were able to be tied to a track ): this is a very hostile environment
