I've had this tab just open because I couldn't stop thinking about your post last night and I was trying to figure out something comforting to reply with, but then that must've carried on throughout the night because I dreamed I was replying to this thread with the most atrocious puns ever in existence. And it was with all the best intentions in the world too lol. I guess they were funny enough in my dream, but honestly they don't even deserve to be called puns. I don't know what my subconscious mind was doing.

Seeing fanart that either depicts the SLIGHTEST bit of angst/reference to a character's backstory and I'm foaming at the mouth while writhing /pos I literally get physical pain

Same with ship fanart that shows just the slightest bit of stability between characters. Don't get me started on Dr. Ratio X Aventurine or Alhaithem X Kaveh, I'm KNAWING at the bars of my enclosure, especially anything that shows communication or progress towards a better relationships AUGH this does not reflect how bad my mental health is rn I swear


Spoilers about Cyno's new story quest

OH MY GODSSSSS I LOVE HOW ALHAITHEM AND KAVEH CAN ACTUALLY HOLD A CONVERSATION AND GOSSIP NOW, THEY'RE SO QHSGQJCJKAKDKS

It also is really nice to see how their relationship actually canonically has gotten better, which makes sense after iirc it was an Event that actually has Kaveh work out some problems (it might be a character quest but I'm pretty sure it was an event). But MY GODS the way how they simply showed the two doing a mundane thing together has me HABDBAKMDMWSN

sorry I'm weak for daily life/simple things and stability in relationships, they're trying SO HARD

Which lowkey anyone who didn't play the event or doesn't have knowledge of it in the future will probably be confused on why Kaveh and Alhaithem are shown to be in better terms in Cyno's second quest TwT Genshin really needs to do reruns of old Events or make the storyline more accessible outside of the Fandom keeping track of it, it's really interesting to see how they have developed

Also thinking about how in the past the VAs of Kaveh and Alhaithem had to redo their lines because they were "Too Implied" still is SO funny to me, how the hell do you voice act so hard that the company is like "Y'all we can't get past the censorship with this, calm down"
