Allegra turned into even more of a moth. She looks widely more different compared to her first draft I saw

All the dragon characters still look pretty cool too. Penna and Vanilla changed a lot imo. I didn't know that Vanilla was a dancer.

I didn't note this, last time I saw the these characters, but I like Penna's furred ears.

It's kinda crazy how long we have these characters. That we pass years them them and stuff.

super proud of this one. While I basically traced the background (since I'm bad at architecture and working on getting better but also extremely lazy xD), ofc the thing I'm most proud of is the characters, but also the lighting. It was hard. And also still not that good, but it fits the vibe. This is actually a redraw of a much older drawing of Noxire and Ariana, where Noxire uses his magic to trap Ariana inside an illusion based on her memories of her home (Skylight Castle, hence the ballroom). In the scene he uses his illusion magic to make himself look like Amaranth, but now I'm not so happy with how that turned out, and I wanted something more subtle to the hints that its Noxire wearing an Amaranth skin, which is how I came up with the reflection.

Anyway sorry for the rant guys I just really like this piece lol

The as you mentioned, I think the reflection in the window is a really cool detail. You don't notice it the first time you look the piece over. FIRE.

The one with Ariana and the dolls just is really just, gives me the thought of: "Me when I dump nothing but suffering one my characters (I do it all the time)."

I did it by hand! I wasn't actually going for a bokeh effect, the "bubbles" are part of the effects you see when you're in a memory/illusion thing which is why they're there. I just got a big circular brush and used several layers with different opacities :3 tho now I think I would have made them more saturated/brighter like an actual bokeh effect

the general consesus seems to be that that one's the best and im inclined to agree xDDD

I feel like I could kill someone too when drinking an energy drink like monster so I lowkey get it

Though I feel like it's just as likely to kill me (which is why I don't really drink them)
