Also I have a HC that Adrik is seen by HDK as the "perfect self"/"perfect being", which is funny to me because, adding onto this headcanon, Adrik is basically HDK's vampire-robot OC. And honestly I think HDK is so real for that

Although it's a little sad when you think about how HDK is 19/very young and his lack of control over his life, and how he kinda misses out on. A lot. And how he usually acts A Lot Older than he actually is (I headcanon that he is mistaken to be a gentleman in his 30's due to his mannerisms).

I feel like if I was to redo his intro thread, he would act a lot more subservient and almost... Bleak? If that makes sense? I mean, he's a 19 year old serial killer who really doesn't want to do all that but kinda Has To for Reasons. He's kinda depressed over it and is a bit of a hermit. (I'm not redoing his intro thread anytime soon btw, I have no plot to give XD). He most likely has a bleak and depressing outlook on life

Anyway, why do I love gentleman characters so much??? Why do I keep making gentlemen OCs??? XD

Solaris gives the vibes that she would gets distracted by just the slightest glimpse of seeing something shiny and that trait also got passed down to Alma

Honestly I think Solaris would gift the entire family with trinkets randomly. I'm imagining her giving Genesis a random coin while Genesis is reading a book, Cosette a feather while Cosette is drawing out a fabric design, and such

Also thinking about Solaris being summoned by Echo and Solaris's reaction to Aloes being married XD she's proud but low-key confused on how Aloes was able to charm anyone. Until she meets Genesis and is like "OH. Yeah that checks out"

Solaris, meeting Cosette: "I remember you. Your mother was a bitch. I'm glad you're part of our family now"

Cosette, who was worried that Solaris would only see her as the teenager who tried to kill Solaris's son: (trying to not dissolve into tears) "Thank you ma'am"

I've been thinking more about the types of clothes he would prefer to wear. He's definitely very modest and wouldn't want to wear anything that shows too much skin, but he also would wear whatever Apollo comes up with

Texture-wise, I think he would like wool and cotton materials

Anyway not to say that he would go through such things (teehee) but it's so interesting to see him actually emotionally snap. Like, yes, he's canonically a crybaby BUT the idea of him fully entering a terrifying state of sheer distraught and emotional pain is SO delicious to me

Apollo is so complex in my mind but I will never be able to verbalize it properly

Also he's so interesting To Me because he could be a Horrible person (considering what he was taught to believe about himself and what happened to him) but instead he tries his best to help others and is so. Him. XD

Although I also need to remember that despite his goofiness and how he presents himself so boldly, he's (internally) also very somber and. Hm. He's very serious and perhaps, at times, very bitter about what happened to him. Violently bitter.

Weirdly, he's both a warm ray of sunshine and a man coldly drenched in sorrow

The reasoning for those words specifically are based around the culture I have created In My Brain about The Occult, especially considering "pain training" (which ALSO needs a proper name) and the concept of suffering and how it's perceived (generally) in The Occult
