Maybe? Wiley is unfairly talented at picking up/learning languages so he can butcher them later on, so he'd probably learn it if he felt like he needed to. But I can't really see him being in a more real-life setting and having to go to places that speak Portuguese. 
That question is like the trumpet I.Q., I think. Wouldn't it be more annoying if he purposefully didn't know the actual lyrics? Or at least wouldn't sing it accurately? Basically he's the kind of person who intentionally butchers "Bonjour" and will introduce himself to native Spanish speakers by saying "Me llamo es."

I'm honestly not too sure? He does speak English obviously, but it's not his "native language" per se. He knows a bunch of different words in different words and can imitate dialects really well. He doesn't know much German though, and he's definitely nowhere near native in French (specifically for those two cases). And if you're curious, his native language wouldn't exist IRL since it has to do with where he came from. 
And then if it counts, he knows a good bit of Chinese since I'm his narrator. It is extremely annoying.

I wonder if me singing Japanese is like you hearing your neighbors' Portuguese xD. Trying not to dwell on it.
I'm pretty sure his very existence is a sin (I remembered his birthday because I thought of this lol, wow look at me).

That sounds so weird but the idea of saying "magical man" and "magical woman" sounds just as weird. Alternatively, one could just say superhero and be done with it. Or keep the magical girl/boy label forever which also wouldn't be a bad idea imo.

I have no idea what other platforms could be. An Instagram family maybe? Or just streamers, maybe. I don't know much about the world of social media ngl xD
But the idea of them being a full on magical family is kinda funny and also very appealing to me because I can imagine either Paymon or Xenia (or both) making sure their kids are fully set to go fight crime or supervillains or whatever magical teens do and fussing slightly over their looks and asking if they're all ready to go out and xD

Yeah he doesn't have a hero complex or anything. I'm sure he'd be all for good things and protecting innocents, but it basically just all comes down to the fact that Paymon would prioritize his family over literally anything, including the whole world as you mentioned. So, he's not gonna go take his family to check on something that's happening very very far away and isn't a threat to his city even.
