(Context: Lumi's skin glows when he's punched hard enough. Also his knuckles glow whenever he pops them, which brings up the question of why he doesn't just pop his knuckles to light his way. The answer is that he's an idiot)

But yeah going into more detail, the Latin definitely fits Aloes's demonic vibe but also just the opera/choir style is so fitting for some reason to me XD adding on, I definitely see it as a lot of Aloes's backstory and how they were killed by poachers originally and then when their soul was reincarnated due to being so angry about it, Aloes proceeded to be tortured in a very long cycle of being killed over and over by his witches and sorta the betrayal/anger from it (RIP)

Okay so Analysis Time on the song "Cirice" by the band Ghost because it reminds me of Krad and Lumi's relationship/codependency and I HC it as a theme song for them

Warning for toxic sibling relationship/abuse and untreated BPD (In this household we hate the twin's mother), adding onto that there is talk of self harm (I'm really hitting all the points here because AAAAAA)

OKAY so basically for this, I've been interpreting "the rumble"/thunder as underlying animosity and hidden/guilty hatred between the two, as well as pent up trauma and manipulation of each other they share. However, with the "I can see..." parts, they misinterpret abusing each other as love and understanding and use that against the other to make the other want to stay. Same with "I know your soul is not tainted, Even though you've been told so", like Comfort

Adding onto note, there's a common thing where there is a dominant and a submissive twin, and in this relationship Kradly is the dominant twin while Lumi is the submissive twin. For more lore even further, their mom forced them to constantly compete against each other, including physical fights. And while their powers nullify each other, Kradly had always been physically stronger than Lumi, which Maia in general prefers strength and power (which very obviously she abused her power over the twins as their mother). And Kradly is much more like Maia, and imo he takes up this sort of "mothering" role towards Lumi due to it. So I kinda read this part more as Kradly, but I can also see a lot of Lumi too.

With "You and I see eye to eye", there again comes up the whole "abuse is love" understanding they have towards each other. Although once it gets to the "How can you hear...?" part, I like to think of it as the sort of questioning if they really do love each other and if the other actually understands them and how they feel. Adding on, it could also be them questioning if what they do to each other is actually how brotherly love and connection is suppose to be shown (IT'S NOT.)

"Now there is nothing between us" gives me the whole ordeal with them having no privacy from the other, as well as their lack of boundaries with the other. Adding on, the HC Kradly isolating Lumi whenever he thinks Lumi might be in too much danger or risk (and when Kradly isolates Lumi, Lumi becomes extremely clingy to Kradly and agrees that he's in too much danger/feeds off of Krad's anxiety and forms his own to the point that he believes it). And by isolation, I'm meaning COMPLETE isolation. No friends, no family, only them two in the house and not leaving for however long Krad thinks they should isolate. And with the whole thing with BPD, I wonder if Krad would isolate Lumi if he thought Lumi was getting to close to one of their friends or if Lumi started showing interest in dating, and vice versa of if Lumi would become clingy (possibly even fake being sick or even further and actually injure himself) if Kradly did the same. Aka jealousy and worry/fear that one will leave the other behind to the point of extremity. It's (kinda?) canon that Lumi will hurt himself in various ways whenever Kradly doesn't provide enough physical abuse or if they're separated for too long, both situations causing him to self mutilate as a form of comfort (which Lumi perceives Krad hurting him as Krad loving/caring for him, which is why it's comforting). As well, Lumi will quite literally act out and instigate fights with the hopes that Kradly will hurt him so he can feel loved. So, I mean, it's not too far off course that the isolation and clinging would go that far

"From now our merge is eternal" really pointing at their codependency and how they're unable to live without the other and how unhealthily they rely on the other. I think they probably can't imagine not living together and have no plans to actually leave or live their own lives. They just want the other to stay by their side constantly, perfectly

The constant manipulation they have towards each other/emotional abuse. AAAAAA. Basically just how they want the other to stay and how they get the other to want to stay. And although they both think the other would be lost without them, they both would be lost without the other because of how they never actually plan to separate. They're both 18, they could live separately and still share a bond, but that's not enough for either of them

Okay so the rest is more self-explanatory, but I also want to talk about how they definitely have moments that are less toxic and perhaps loving in an almost healthy way (maybe when they cook/bake), but AAAAAAAAA man Oh man,,, and the fact that they act so different in public than what they do behind closed doors hurts so much aUGh,,, they're a product of severe trauma but they also keep the cycle going and it's whbxkqkdkq. They don't know how else to love each other and it's qjhdkqkdj PAIN. Part of me is like "how do they not know better?" But then again violence is the only thing they've known growing up, so it would be Comfort and easy to fall into

Smh why can't they just have a normal brotherly bond. Why the hell did Maia have children smh
