Galaxian likes laughter. He likes making others happy. He tries to exaggerate his expression. Now he looks cross-eyed. Weird little kiddo.
Offline
((He's also making me laugh XD))
She couldn't help but laugh a little more.
Offline
Galaxian switches to his normal expression, but looking a bit pleased with himself.

Germaine held a hand to her mouth to politely stop the last bits of a giggle. She beamed at Galaxian.
Offline
He grinned back, fiddling slightly with his hair, which was long as per usual.
"So, are you headed in any particular direction, Germaine?" he questioned.
Offline
"Actually, not really. I happened to pass by while on my way back home."
Offline
"Oh, that's good. A home is good," he rambled, like he usually tended to do. "It's a good place to go to or to be in."
Offline
"I can't disagree with that," Germaine mentioned. "Of course, one can't stay at home all day when she has responsibilities to take care of. And you?"
Offline
"Meeting new people!" he piped immediately.
Offline
"I, too, find the idea of meeting new people very interesting," she mentioned.

"I meant the good people," he clarified. "Meeting the good people."
Offline
"Nobody likes undesired encounters with creeps."
Offline
(I sense some salt there loool)
"Creeps? Creepers? The plants? They're fine. Maybe they're more annoying for people who can actually get stuck in them," he said.
Offline
((Oh oops that's accidental haha))
"You can get stuck in creeper plants?" She asked thoughtfully. "It never occurred to me."
Offline
"Yeah yeah," he said. "You can!"
Offline
"Huh. I've had a few minor tangles with them, but nothing else. Interesting though," she mused.
Offline
(What is this conversation lol)
He nodded. "Maybe the smaller you are the more likely you are to get stuck!"
Offline
((¯\_(ツ)_/¯))
"Have you ever gotten stuck in one of those?"
Offline
"Nope! But Wuhan said he did a few days ago!"
Offline
Germaine was wondering where in the world that could have happened. "He'll probably be more careful next time, then."
Offline
"That's what I said." Galaxian corrected himself, "I meant he should be more careful."
Offline
"Yes, definitely. Because the plants could get harmed as well if he tries to break free carelessly."
Offline
"Exactly!" Galaxian exclaimed. "He said it's not his fault, though, that he got stuck in the first place."
Offline
"Of course," she nodded along sweetly. "Nobody really goes around looking to get stuck in a place they can't get out of."
Offline
Galaxian noticeably pauses at the notion.
Offline
"Everything fine?"
Offline
"Cats," Galaxian said with no context, referring to the "If it fits I sits" logic by cats that sometimes led to them getting very stuck.
Offline
"But surely they are more intelligent than that?"
Offline
"Well, intelligence can't be pulled into everything," he said. "As beings with vaguely human-like consciousness, no one like you would consciously go finding places to entrap ourselves. But to cats, they exhibit a desire that seems as if to showcase their overall flexibility, in the process entrapping themselves in small areas or precarious areas."

She shifted to hold a hand over her mouth in a thoughtful gesture. "That's a good point."
Germaine vaguely wondered if the same rule applied to six-legged feline-like creatures. They probably did.
