Hmm you make a good point, and it's not the people (unless you're counting the few rude dum dums at JFK airport), but consider: luggage is heavy and I am built like a stick, planes are cramped and annoying (but ig there's free movies so it cancels out?), airports are confusing and a lot of waiting, there's always threat of death and law from unknown places, oh and y'know I'm lazy, that too.

Actually, there is kinda a honkai 2, or the closest thing to honkai 2, which would be Guns Girl Z aka Houkai Gakuen 2. There is no honkai 1 though because the 3 in honkai impact 3rd doesn't refer to a series and instead refers to the third honkai eruption in which the game takes place.

(From what I've heard, GGZ and HI3 don't have a connected storyline and is more like an alternate universe, which is also what they did with Honkai Star Rail)
(I'm pretty sure GGZ is more angsty, but I haven't played it so I cant say for sure what the storyline is like)

Ok a question. What do, in your experience do you play gatcha games like honkai for? I just realized this was a question on my mind.

Is the story actually captivating? Or just anime person hot? Or is it because it's one of those games where it's an abusive relationship?

Well seeing as I'm purely f2p, I don't care much for the gacha aspect. Like it's a core mechanic of the game but what keeps me with honkai is the storyline and characters. Watching a character grow and change through hardship is always interesting and with a game it lets you interact with those characters a bit more. I don't remember one time I've genuinely got upset at honkai for the gacha but I do remember crying to multiple short animations the first time they showed up in the storyline.

Genshin on the other hand is a different question. I've been spoiled by honkai and now the genshin storyline looks like child's play. So yes, genshin and I are in a love-hate relationship because of the gacha. (Can't believe I lost xiao's 50/50 TWICE)

I have a new deity idea, and I already have the form and everything ready but my fear of commitment is telling me not to fill up that third deity slot just in case.

this is probably like a horrible time to take a break from the forum what with all the new juicy plots and stuff but social interaction just seems impossible lately, even for rp, so imma take a few days off. I'll still lurk so if something major comes up I'll (probably) respond. It's just gonna be a few days, goal is to be back in tip top social shape by next Wednesday.

I have, so many wips going at the same time right now, and somehow not even I have enough multitasking power to keep track of all of them. This is most definitely because my dumb ass thought it'd be fun to take three project-heavy electives this year which means I have oc wip, school art class wip, school art club wip, non-school art class wip, creative writing class wip, and like two digital choir performances I need to practice for.

After reading "Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe" all I have to say is: no one has the right looking that good while committing fictional mass murder. Like mans really just k-word all of the superheroes and supervillains without even sweating. He really just forgot to struggle.

Anyways, at first I was like "Omg a funny, insane, mercenary with an ability that makes him immortal in the worst way possible! Tots my new fav character" as a joke but man, I dont think it's a joke anymore.
