Maybe... I'll give it a try! I'll add a litteral white coat, and then try a version with a different color.

I think I'll add the coat to another design as well though...

I'm also thinking if I want to change his hairstyle. Idk why, but for me, it kinda feels awkward to draw.

Ok second design idea process 2. I doubled down on the researcher idea and lab researcher white coat. I like it, but I feel it's too general. Not enough steampunk.

I think when it comes to design process, I think I'm putting too much work in them. They should be sketches, not full flats. So expect maybe a sheet of random sketches as I go thru my character process next time.

As for the hair, I think you may be right in making it more wavy. Rn I feel it's not in my style to make waves large and curls like yours. But I was thinking of larger extremes in hairstyle changes. Like a different cut and everything... I wouldn't know to what, and it might end up staying the same with minor changes, but who knows.

Ok I added a lab coat to the first design I had to remove the hood and the potion pouch to make it fit better but...

What do you think? I actually like this one more than the last two. I know the coat isn't really the original one you proposed, but I had to edit and not steal everything from you lol. What about the gold accents on the coat? Keep them? Change the color? Get rid of them? What do you think?

I think gold accents one the coat are a good idea but I'd probably put them somewhere else on the coat. Don't know where, though xD

But yeah this one gives off that steampunk vibe way more and it looks really cool, I vibe with it

I was thinking for black gloves on both hands, yea.

Hm... I can find a few more places for gold accents Though I'm considering switching it up with blue. I feel there isn't much or enough blue.

Hmm I think it could use some more blue but not too much. Gold accents of some kind are a must though, they keep it from getting to monochrome

A random idea popped up in my mind in where we draw the new designs in the exact same pose, but in differing angles. I thought it would be good practice for me at least for practicing positions

ex. standing back to back, but Time is facing the camera for you, and for me, Chronos is facing the camera. Both are in the same position for both drawings.

I'm thinking about stuff between Time and Chronos rn. Specifically the time between they became deities and when they met up? I'm trying to think of a general timeline for planning some stuff, but I think it'd be important to ask this.

So I first wanted to make sure of one thing: From my interpretation, both Time and Chronos became deities on the same day?

from what I remembered Time became a deity first and disappeared, and Chronos became a deity afterwards when her parents told her about her bloodline and she went to search for him
I think she was almost mauled to death? I can't remember exactly

or maybe Time found an ambrosia flower for her so she could be a deity too, I could see him doing that

Yeah I do remember something about a huge bear in her backstory.

I personally see that they both found their Ambrosia flowers on their own. But on that note, what was your time estimate or guess for between Time becomes a deity, and then Chronos becomes a deity?
