On that design, I really like the coloring. The subtle changing of what's between what to indicate shadows and whatnot. Also for the shoes and the wrist cuff, did you use a blue marker for those parts?

Nope, that's still black! Actually, I use a very dark gray as black since pure black is waaay too dark and doesn't allow for shadows and stuff.

Unless you mean the shading on the white...in which case I sometimes use a very light purple.

Interesting. I thought that dark grey was dark blue... and I thought the light purple was a normal grey, but I can kinda get it.
