Not exactly helping Time, it's more oriented towards his personal goals. Hitan's not too concerned with making himself sound like a saint or even necessarily just sounding like he's doing anything good, he's a Chaotic Neutral after all--but he does think he shares a common objective at least and it wouldn't hurt either of them if they were aware of that common objective

Yeah, I think that would make more sense with Hitan doing something that benefits him over just plainly helping Time.

But what exactly is their common objective again? It's to get back Kenshin, correct?

It's to decorrupt Enochi, imo. Hitan honestly doesn't care if Kenshin gets back. Perhaps he might feel bad if Kenshin disappeared with Enochi, but since no one he's close to would be affected by Kenshin's death, he's overall not treating that as an objective.
I think an upcoming writing excerpt clears up some objectives things too, if you wanna please read that too later :3 uwu

Yes, but does Galaxian care for Kenshin atm? No he does not, he doesn't even remember Kenshin. Therefore, Hitan has no need to get Kenshin back

Nope, in fact that'd be foolhardy for Hitan to do since he doesn't have the power to kill deities and even if he did, he wouldn't have the power to force someone like Enochi to that level. The only advantage he holds is his angelic nature--he's able to take down controlled monsters and such with one hit due to purification and light affiliations directly related to his being. Otherwise, even if there are deities helping him, he realizes that those deities may not help him in a pinch due to any reason.
