Even Raez is giving a weird look to that.
"Sure."

"He's gonna say 'depends on how you define 'longer' and 'I told you already' '," Raez piped in for Rai.

Raez took the social cue! Yay!
Rai keeps driving. It's lightly raining. He doesn't really like that.

At some point, they arrived in a bustling parking lot. Rai came to a stop carefully. The Lamborghini was attracting some attention, but mostly it looked like none of the cars in the lot were inexpensive themselves.

Rai had gotten out of the car like he was afraid some alarm would start blaring, closing the door just so and looking carefully. Raez had just opened the door. The situation, again, probably speaks for itself.

It's a nice car lot, you know? It's not even a plaza with multiple shops or anything, just one restaurant. All the pavement and roads look freshly paved. Doesn't look like a cheap place.
Wiley was mostly trying to take in all the light, having sat in the center and not looked out the window much for a while.
Raez had adjusted faster and was chatting quietly with Rai. After a small moment, the technological agent moved away towards the entrance of the restaurant, nodding briefly as if to himself.

"Be their guest," Wiley said, squinting at the building, apparently not so eager about it himself.
"If you don't want to go in, stay in the car and make sure there's an escape route for us if anything bad happens," Raez said to the scientist, giving a quick glance to the building before resuming his attention to Rai, who was staring at the building passively as well.
"Are you kidding? No way. There's food in there. Good food."
"You're just a glutton," Raez laughed.
Wiley stared at the other like a challenge. "Yes I am."
"Alright, let's just go in already without any of you bickering like children." Rai fluffed out his collar before starting forward.

None of the three answered, Rai because he walked faster than even the other two, only lagging with his thoughts, Raez because he was still contemplating something, and Wiley because he obviously thought the danger about going anywhere was obvious when all three of them were together. No, not just all three of them. Just Rai..
Raez went a few steps ahead to leave Dion with Wiley. "Can't you Activate?" he asked Rai.
The cyber agent shook his head.

Not much else to see, the lazy narrator reports, not bothering to describe the building.
"I hope you all like Asian food," Rai slung back to them, "'cause this is what I found."

(I love how by merely not using a period your POV now looks like Time wrote it)
"Yes!" Wiley agreed. Oh yay they agree on something.
"A fine point," Rai mentioned with a slight smirk. "Well then, let's hope there's no waiting line." He went over the curb and held open the door. 
Raez said "Thank you," and Wiley did some variation of an alien-hiss that maybe meant "Thanks".

"You are all welcome, or insert a suitable response to whatever Wiles said here," Rai said as he trailed behind them.
"Hi!" A waiter greeted them at the front table using English. He gave Rai a look and spoke some Chinese, smiling, to which Rai responded.
Wait, he knows Chinese?
Anyways, what the waiter asked was the classic "How many people are with you?", and Rai responded with "Three and whatever he is" with a gesture towards Wiley.
The scent in the air is good. It smells kind of spicy.
The waiter laughed and told them, "Table 18 it is for you all."
"Lucky number," Rai said and half-explained to the "gang".

Raez started off, expecting the others to follow.
Rai thanked the waiter and started off as well.
Wiley looked around like a cat.
There's a lot of red in the place, but not as much as it would be if it was Chinese New Year or something like that. There's a large statue of a lion near what seems to be a stage and podium. Instead of a wood floor, there's a lot of red carpet. Seems hard to clean. 
The table is set up neatly. A waiter just finished setting down cups of water, presumably lingering around to ask if they wanted something else as well. 

(I don't recall it but it's fine either way lol)

Raez observes Dion's actions like "whhaaa".
Rai is waiting for Dion to take the inside seat. Possibly for safety concerns.
Raez bumps Wiley into the inner seat.
Oh, by the way, the seats aren't really separate; they're connected.
Oh, anddd the waiter just asked all of them if they wanted something other than water, which Rai did translate for the other three.

"Tell her that, not me," Rai said, beckoning lightly to the waiter, who shot Dion a grin.

She nods.
"I'd like water with more oxygen," Wiley says to the waiter, who cocks her head either out of not understanding English or just not understanding Wiley's version of it.
