Alright so I think the loading times might be a problem in your computer.
The timestamps have disappeared, as they usually do. The threads load fine apparently but I've been trying to send a message for like 5 minutes and it's still not going through. I'm pretty sure that, that is a problem with IE. Posts are sending just fine in Chrome (with the due lag from my devices), though I know you cannot access through there.

Just out of curiosity, what editor do you use? I use the source mode in the classic editor mostly.

It's not possible to use visual editor in internet explorer and thank the gods, visual editor is such unforgivable crap

Visual Editor is for people who are too lazy to learn how to code. Proof: You actually can't use visual editor once you code in a background. You can't change my mind

Yeahhhh that's such a mood lol. I think may be a problem exclusive to my devices but visual editor tends to refresh constantly (and erase all my work -_-) and just lag,,,, and more stuff so yeah I don't use it

When I used my school device even just clicking on visual editor made "font face=" tags appear on EVERY LINE ON THE PAGE hhhhhhhHHH

Actually, I edited my preferences so whenever I click the edit button, it takes me to the classic editor. I think you can also set it to take you directly to source mode?

Alright, so the gists are:
-Wikia's causing problems! I can't submit edits, including: Discussions (having already been an issue), DPL forums (they count as pages), normal pages, message wall messages, and blog posts. At the moment, all I can do is use extensive amounts of time to load messages and view them.
-As a result, I won't be able to post POVs onto threads.
-Also as a specification, even though my only available browser is Internet Explorer, FANDOM has already explicitly told me they won't fix problems related to only my device because I'm using an 'outdated browser' that they don't support.
-Therefore, I'll probably be inactive until the UCP update occurs and see what happens then, but I'll be on Boardhost for the rest of the time.
-Once the UCP update has occurred, I'll see if a more permanent inactivity notice on the wiki is needed.
-I wish them luck with adjusting to the UCP update once it occurs, and please don't hesitate to contact me through Boardhost if they need me for something I can do.
-One more thing, please don't edit my pages while I'm away ^_^, unless you need to delete it before it explodes or something (xD).
