The learning curve can be steep, it took me a good while to memorize my inputs, even longer for a combo, and the whole way I was getting beaten up and losing.

So there’s a lot of struggling.

You starting of running with HC or taking it slow with an easier character?

if i really can't figure it out and i need to take it down a notch, i'm switching to faust because he seems like the kind of character who random inputs works for

in other news, i was playing a trios match and my entire team abandoned the game

i made it to second place by myself using sheer cowardice

Idk with Faust you have to still be quite reactive and stuff with his random item throw.

I would say to stick with the character(s) you want to play the most bc you'll gain more progress with someone you actually enjoy playing

I recommend the film too btw (the original one to be precise, though I won't judge if you like the others,,, okay maybe a little, but still,,,). I feel like there should be episodes with English subs somewhere, but if you can't find them let me know and I'll look around. Journey to the West is very good civilization

While I am honored that you have bestowed that label on me, ranting about society and the failings of humanity/the world at large are, put together, the fundamental right of any existing entity who happens to be rational enough to notice these things
What I'm saying is that you can rant away if you want lol

Tbh I complain a lot. Just listing some things I complain about: Society/the horrible parts of humanity (as you said), and then characters I fervently dislike (when I feel like it), school (pretty much all the time), difficulties I shouldn't complain about, the writing block I always seem to have, my family, and then myself because there is a lot of work to be done on that front
And et cetera. So complain away y'all, or else you aren't gonna have anything left to complain about (excluding things I haven't gotten to yet, like actual college [rather than "college level courses"] and driver's ed)
