I still can't believe he's 16 though
Also I heard Giorno's 15 years old (I still haven't gotten to Part 5 yet) and I was like WHAT
Yeah and his part is quite a bloody one in the series.
I also think it's the shortest part as well in like, time that passes in the story.
I would be very stressed if I was in the team. I would think they would be in multiple fights per day. (Is that a spoiler? I hope that's not a spoiler)
I'm interested
Last year I almost watched Part 5 by itself out of curiosity but I didn't lol and this year I watched from Part 1
Huh... I didn't know that XD
I hope it's not a spoiler, Time
But I understand what you mean. On another hand I'm pretty sure fighting is more or less normal for Stand users (with offensive abilities).

Also these Jojos are like, battle geniuses and immensely calm under pressure for their age. That's what's impressing me the most rn
Especially the ones with the weaker stands (for a jojo)
Tbh yeah considering that they're all 20 and under at the time of their protagonism.
I think though that being under pressure forces them to think up solutions to their problems and ways to get out of battle (props to Joseph and Josuke for the most creativity imo).
I'm curious what a weak stand would be. Personally I believe that there's no "weakest" or "strongest" stand because it really depends on the user's creativity and the situation in battle or its other uses.
There are, however, some stands with more abilities or stuff like that. So it's a relative thing really.

Also reminder that I haven't finished Part 4 yet lol I'm trying to avoid spoilers for future parts as much as I can XD

I mean Giorno and Jolyne stands are def weaker in base stats in comparison to someone like Jotoro's
Like Giorno's stand is actually (Spoiler is info on his stand stats)
avg or below avg in everything except potential and speed. So he really has to rely on his stands ability instead of just brute forcing it. The same most of the other jojos besides Jotoro

Yeah that's true stand users get drawn together like deities in ggad lol
But still I think all of the stand user stories start just when they manifest a stand, so they're not only rookie stand users, but thrown straight into it.
It makes me wonder what is the life expectancy of a stand user...

Right I get what you mean
But Hermit Purple is also a really weak stand in terms of stats, but it can be useful for other things.
I dunno what Giorno and Jolyne's stand abilities are but I really like it when the battles aren't just punch punch but instead they actively use the abilities. A good strategy could easily beat a stand that's just brute force tbh.

They literally do lol
Most of them probably, idk, I know it was the case for Jotaro but Josuke already had his stand since before, and other characters in part four did as well.
It's still surprising though.
Idk man I think it would depend on what they do with their life and what happens to them. And plot I guess.
(Part 4 spoiler)
Like unfortunately Aya Tsuji died even though she was just a makeup artist and her stand didn't have any battle abilities, it was just pure bad luck.

Y'know though? I miss seeing hamon in action.

Yeah that's true, but I think it's quite niche in what it can do. You saw how much it struggled against empress, and that stand would have literally been bodied by any other member of the team
I guess it's because it's not really made for combat

Yeah that's true. But like, how long will it be till a stand user is pulled to another? And then when that does happen. There's a chance that the stand user is ill willed and hostile.
I suppose it could really vary, and probably a stand user could lower the chance of meeting up with another by like, being more evasive and secretive and stuff.

Yeah, but I think introducing stands as a new power system is def an improvement. Allows for more creative encounters.
On hamon outside of parts 1,2,3
you'll be seeing a different (and what I think is a cooler) version later on

Yes, niche's the right word I'd say
I think it's really cool how different satnds have special stuff they can do

Yeah!! I think it's a good way to introduce new antagonists and stuff, cause hamon only works against certain things and I can see how it could get repetitive.

I'm wondering why Rohan was my favorite character.
I can say for sure I absolutely adored his design though. And his clothing is perfection lol, I like that kind of fashion in characters so XD
And I'm pretty sure he uses eyeshadow but idk
Also may I please have his drawing skills? I wish I had them lol

I want to find a version of the "This is fine" meme but with Rohan sitting there
I mean he was literally still gambling on his porch while his house was ON FIRE so yeah
Offline
The man
I want his sketchbook so badly
Offline
Waitwaitwait is his sketchbook so big that he just has a strap on it
Offline
does he just carry that huge sketchbook around with him all the time
Offline
It's like a purse but it's a sketchbook
So like a gigantic one but with a strap
Also yeah he just walks around with it
Offline
Is that a headband or part of his hair
This is Jojo I can't tell
Offline
Isn't this the guy with the chibi stand
Offline
It's a headband, I saw it change color so he must have several

Except that Jojo characters have been confirmed to have no canon color scheme
Offline
No I saw it change color in official art too, that's confirmed... and at least I know for sure Rohan wears a headband,
I do know the anime changes colors.

The hairband makes sense actually now that I think about it because he draws and stuff
Offline
I don't get the connection between the headband and him being a mangaka but ok lol
Offline
No because it would help keep his hair out of his face. I have shorter hair and sort-of-bangs, and sometimes I use a headband to pull it back when I'm drawing so it doesn't get in the way.
Offline
Oh okay I get it
But even if it were just for style it'd be cool lol
