I wish that years could be included in the dates and times of when things are posted etc. etc.

Because that would mean there would be a full date on when people last visited the boardhost. I think it could help determine if they're still hanging around or not even if they're not posting.

Anyways random thoughts time

My brother is a better artist than me, and he's spent much less time being an artist.

At some points in time I think the only reason I may be able to keep up with him/ be slightly better than him in stuff we do is simply because I have more experience in age.

But maybe it just feels that way since he's a much faster learner. Apparently he also doesn't have a work ethic or isn't too deep of a thinker, which is more of a me thing, according to my dad.

Tbh people have different abilities and different ways of working, so I don't think you should compare yourself too much to your brother or anyone else. Unless it's for, like, self-improvement, but even then be careful to not discourage yourself.
Also the practice makes perfect saying is true, but it might take years or a long time. As long as you enjoy art I think you shouldn't worry too much about it being goor or better or anything like that (:

Yeah I know I know. I know. I ment those thoughts to be more an observation and less self degradation.

He certainly makes cooler looking stuff, but I've never seen a piece where he's drawn below the waist so maybe I have an advantage at lower body stuff.

We both have different skills and different strengths.

Well actually my age could have been kinda assumed since I did say I just got my driver's license not too long ago and the age for driving in CA is 16

Well I'm a year plus some extra months older than you because my birthday is on the same day as Ishmael's

The age to drive in Peru seems quite high (from my perspective as a Californian). Is google right in that you must be 18? I know that it might apply differently to different parts of Peru (does it?)
