The movie is basically about a little fish girl with magic named Ponyo who gets this adorable crush on a little boy named Sosuke so she uses her magic to become human
It's basically the Little Mermaid but infinitely better and it doesn't involve and evil sea witch and the music is amazing and I would literally die for Ponyo and Sosuke

I am requiring you to do so at some point, they really are as amazing as people say they are.
The best part is that none of them are too similar, and they can even be divided into types. Ponyo, Kiki's Delivery Service, and My Neighbor Totoro are more cutesy and sweet movies while Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke (my personal favorite Ghibli movie), and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind are more serious and "emotional" (I say that with quotes because all of them are emotional lol).
And in the meantime listen to this concert because I swear I almost cry every time and has music from all the main Ghibli movies

Yeah one of my friends keeps recommending me the movies so it's something I have on my mind
I'm not used to watching movies by myself though and that's a strong reason why I haven't watched movies of my favorite animes either.
Alright I'll listen to that, I do like the music, sometimes I listen to it while drawing but I never really paid much attention to the titles except that I know they're from Ghibli
