Appearance: Raez is an overall healthy-looking young man who passes in between the boundaries of a modestly handsome man and a more dashing appearance, though his individual facial features are quite plain and unpronounced when regarded as such. For instance, he has pale salmon eyes that give off a distant feel. Despite his more laid-back demeanor, where it can feel like nothing can truly faze him, he also gives off the impression of being guarded and circumspect, a sophisticated someone who doesn't feel like he's part of any group even while being with others. Appearing to be around 18 physically, though he can also seem older, he has quite a toned build with defined muscles and stands at the respectable height of 6' 1''. He isn't fit to the point of his muscles being prominent enough to work such a quality into his face, however; his face is actually his most apparently youthful feature, being mostly round in shape with a slightly square jaw (the roundness being what gives off a more youthful feeling, of course). Never having been sunburned, his skin retains its natural hue: Gray-toned olive with a rather cool/green undertone, where the gray is most prominent near the outer edges of his eyes and emphasizes the overall vagueness of his features. That being said, his skin isn't as unscathed as it seems: He has a patch of synthetic skin near his right ear stretching all the way to his nose, which hides a severe, unhealable burn scar whose origins he is unwilling to discuss with anyone.
He also has flaming orange hair that seems rather stiff, especially for his bangs; all of it's made to stay out of his eyes as much as possible. (For this reason, Raez dislikes his hair being wet, because it being wet negates the usual stiff quality of his bangs and makes a lot of it fall into his face.) Interestingly enough, blotches of white protrude from the roots of his hair, especially visible from around his hairline. 
He has only one double eyelid on his right eye (unintentionally in contrast to Wiley, who has one double eyelid on his left eye), and his ears are not pierced.

Clothing Preferences: Doesn't have many, probably because he doesn't have much clothing to begin with. Also doesn't help that he can't really borrow clothes from his friends either (Wiley's clothing is too thin for him, Rai's clothing is also a little thin but simultaneously too long lol).
He dislikes high collars and avoids them at all costs. He'd probably go shirtless instead of wear some type of clothing with a tight high-collar, which says a lot, seeing as he doesn't brag about his physique and does not want to go shirtless. Weird costs analysis on his part. Anyways, he usually wears simplistic yet fitting outfits that don't cost much for him. He can make some for himself if really need be. I don't know how he looks in a suit or more formal clothing, but I don't think he's worn one to my knowledge. He seems to prefer more casual clothing, though not casual to a certain point (his words, not mine), and he never wears jewelry in GGaD, though I guess that might be different in HPA. 
He likes pajamas and onesies, though he doesn't wear them. Please don't draw him in those, as he doesn't feel like it's fashionable and it would give Wiley fuel. I don't want Wiley to have fuel. :') 

In GGaD, he's a pirate from the Cyber Sect, so he kinda dresses like one but also doesn't? He certainly doesn't have a hook arm, an eyepatch, or anything like that, and he doesn't plan on having anything like those things if he can help it (he feels like having such things would be deeply inconvenient). But he definitely doesn't feel like someone from the higher ends of society, if that makes sense. By attire alone (though maybe "alone" isn't a necessary term there), he might not look like a pirate, but if he stands with other pirates, he doesn't really stand out, either. I dunno how else to explain it xD. 
More on the sensible side, he usually wears at least two layers of clothing and wears clothing that protects him from the Sun. He'll also wear hats if he has to.
His color scheme is honestly whatever, but I find that his palette can consist of colors like blue, gray, orange, white, brown, and tan. As for him, he doesn't care. He doesn't wear black in the daytime, though, for reasons.
 
Some notes that I sometimes don't include in forms because they're a bit specific (unnecessarily so?) but that I think might be useful for your style:
-He has a high nasal arch, though not to the point of it being prominent. It only seems high when I'm in the sketch phase and then it feels a lot more vague by the time I put colors on.
-No idea what his ethnicity would be ngl, but at least he doesn't look East Asian to me for once :')
-One thing I keep noticing about him is that this guy has really wide shoulders compared to a lot of my characters. Pretty sure his shoulders are wider than Rai's, lol. Also visibly strong when one draws his base (it doesn't show as strongly when he has clothing on,,, for some reason that phrasing sounds weird? Please ignore how weird that sounds, thanks.)
-I can give you a personality description if you really need it, though I feel like his personality gets through in I.Q.s and in his appearance lol. 
-Let me know if he's a character who seems underwhelming in terms of looks go at first and then at some point in the process you suddenly feel like "Wait he's actually hot" xD because that's how every attempt of him has gone for me.

Lemme update it for myself and then I'll try to give a short description lol

At his core, he's an amicable person who dislikes conflict. But most people don't act by their core. He kind of does. Raez is a pretty nice pirate who values friends and acts like a dad to his closest friends, but he also hates treason and is very scary if he has deemed you an enemy. Most of the time, though, he's someone with a smile and joke ready to make you feel more at ease. (For some reason, I keep rhyming unintentionally today?)
He's one of Rai's closest friends and also one of the only people capable of seeing through the other's personality to a degree that could actually be called "high accuracy." Sometimes he's wrong, but he usually presumes he's right because "despite being a smart guy, Rai does a lot of stupid things. Same goes for Wiley." He has a high degree of sympathy and can read through just about anyone by his natural abilities to the point of being able to gauge what they might do and think, but he's still prone to personal biases at times, which can make his judgments more flawed than what they would have been.
He might sigh as if with exasperation at Wiley's antics, but he's really not all that different if you think about it. Essentially, he's a crazy man grounded in reality, prone to melodrama.
