This idea was actually Time's, as can be seen from his homethread posts. Just taking the discussion here because, uh, idk. Not because of any ulterior motives, I promise. So yeah, credits to him.
Also, take a look at the Secret Santa event he's taking over for Ishmael, also in this subcategory! I'm also not posting this to blockade that from public view, so yeah.

Anyways, the two games that have been suggested for this thus far are Skribbl.io and Garticphone (so far, Garticphone seems to be the more popular idea), but feel free to propose more games.
As was the case for when we coordinated Among Us sessions, it would be optimal if those interested in participating would post the times they'll be open to playing games during December of 2021 and January of 2022. (And no, I'm not writing the years because I think you guys don't know what year it is,,, this is for future reference, because Boardhost doesn't actually store years in its posts' dates.) For public schoolers, this would presumably be when they're in winter break. (No worries if you don't know. I don't really know either, lol.) For homeschoolers, it'd presumably just be when you are off from schoolwork (though Christmas is such an important holiday in the U.S. that if you're an American, I'd be surprised if you didn't celebrate some holiday during this time, even if I live here and am an exception lol). Afterwards, we can coordinate common times.

As a further note, it's completely fine to not want to participate or to not to be able to. While we'd love to have you, you coming without wanting to or overriding your real life priorities just defeats the purpose. But in general, for everyone who is thinking of participating in festivities this time of year, stay safe--exercise your oh-so-sweet common sense, keep updated on current happenings, and decide what risks you're willing to take. ~~or I will steal your entire fridge. AND freezer.~~

I hope responding to my own post in this way doesn't seem narcissistic lol.
I might not be able to play whatever game at all with all participants, though I have high hopes for being able to do so. For me, it's not a matter of general availability but more the fact that my schedule is screwed up and what is the will to actually correct it(?).
Formally, my winter break is from the 20th of December, 2021, to the 3rd of January, 2021--the latter of which is a Monday, which means that me playing a game on that day would be announcing to my mom, "Hey look, I'm ignoring homework, which I usually do on Mondays anyways (but without telling you) because what the heck is assigning homework on a break day anyways"...which I'm not too keen about, but eh, she should be used to my laziness at this point, so if it comes to it,,,,,,
Unlike my pettiness on my lack of ability to access the wiki, I think I will be able to understand if I am unable to participate in any game session. Or at least, I hope my current mindset--which is what I am saying currently--will persevere for another half month.
In addition, I have no preference for any game (other than a slight fear of all possibilities and being a disappointment as a player), so that's entirely up to what you guys want! :D

Oof, was kinda waiting for others to have initiative, but I guess I kinda adopted planning for this when I made this thread.
Is everyone generally okay to play now (edit: "now" does not mean "right at this moment")? If so, maybe we can start coming up with potential times to play?

iirc Specter and I are in the same time zone, which makes them Central US time

The problem with that is that Specter isn't in the U.S. They're in Peru, which goes by the time zone in Peru (Peru Time), which currently corresponds with Eastern Time in the United States
Unless I'm wrong, which Specter can correct lol (I think they affirmed what I'm saying with their post tho)
But sometimes their time zone does correspond with CT xD during Daylight Savings I think

I suppose it depends on what game it is, but mostly no, unless if you wish for me to draw with a mouse pad or something. I can't even draw fast enough for most games normally already lol

My winter break is ending by next week, and I'm pretty sure others don't end their breaks on Mondays, so maybe we should try doing a game session today and then one during the weekend/whenever Time gets back from his trip?

Not winter break this time, but I've seen that some of you are on vacations. So, any chance of getting together for some Among Us or Gartic Phone or another game altogether? (There's one about memes that I'd love to check out but I've never played it before so I can't guarantee anything)
