Tbf that also fits. She (Allegra) has been cursed by [the reincarnated 13 year old who still does not have a solid name] and forced to fight against Amaranth and Indigo, and trying to break free of it because (reasonably) she doesn't want to hurt her unofficially adopted children. The curse is "corrupting" her, making her do things against her will, thus the distorted piano towards the beginning.

The track is even called "Marionette" because she's being controlled by the King xD I'm very creative with names can you tell

Although now that I think about it some of them are pretty cool names ig, like "Toy Soldier Waltz,"  "Piano Memories," "Between Two Paths," or stuff like that

idk sometimes I just feel like giving them somewhat vague names xD

At the beginning it's so distorted that it's hard to make out the melody tbh it sounds more like random noises at the start xD

A few fun facts because idk:

-Ariana's Theme was one of the first songs I ever composed
-Skylight Castle and Potion Shop share the same melody at the beginning of each of their tracks.
-Elven Lullaby is planned to be performed live by my youth orchestra (*SQUEAL*) at the Spring Concert if nothing goes wrong
-I regularly play "Piano Memories" on the piano and my parents do not yet know I composed it
-My dad thinks that "Toy Soldier Waltz" is Russian even though I told him I wrote it and refuses to believe otherwise though now that I think about it he's probably just messing with me
-"Bittersweet Peace" is probably one of my favorite compositions so far.
