Oh yeah about Navi headcanons

Apparently when they were in the designing phase for Ocarina of Time, Shigeru Miyamoto wanted to have a fairy girl that could be a guide. Due to the limitations of the N64 though, they instead simplified fairies to little balls of light with wings.

So I just imagine that the fairies are more than balls of light, but it's just so bright you can't see their actual bodies.

Plus, the fairies in The Wind Waker look like this, so I don't see why the OoT Fairies could look like this too.
