Ok i made the sparkly notes better and rearranged some of the chords. I also changed the key to D# because I think it adds to the atmosphere.
I imagine it would play when Ariana is at a sort of crossroads point or something of the sort, so I'm calling it "Making a Choice."

First of all :0 Deltarune you are finally playing it >:3
I don't remember all of the exact details, but iirc you need to find a chest in the Scarlet Forest and the Field of Hopes and Dreams after getting a Key fragment from Seam. Then you need to go to the hammer head guy in Scarlet Forest and have him repair the key. After that you can use it to unlock the door in the Card Castle.

I feel this sounds kind of solemn. To me it kinda lacks the feeling of "something important" that would come from making an important choice. Or...maybe this is something that plays after the choice, cause it's really peaceful. I like it though. It sounds like the background to some dialogue :3

It might be that they didn't physically have the space to put the word "ocarina." A few of the items in the menu have shortened or altered names so they can fit.
But none of them were quite the level of the ocarina
