As reply to the second part of the post (because I would ramble about the first part), not the comics I think. Mostly it's the satirical art that they call cartoons iirc? I'm not too familiar with it myself but I've heard the term being used in that context before.

I'm a little doubtful on whether this works because from what I've seen, Specter's characters aren't this indirect with responding to others' feelings. Lol like Specter themselves. And this song is rather indirect. It's like making a metaphor to a situation/inquiry. Well, I guess in my interpretation, it is so.
I don't have the time to do a full lyrical translation, but the main subject of metaphor of the song is the plum blossom, a flower that blooms in the winter, when other flowers do not bloom, and the song's title refers to a single trim of the plum blossom. Hopefully that hints at some sort of significance because if it does to you, then you would be correct (I think)

I like to imagine that Forengard has all these crazy dialects that we all can't POV (because we don't know the dialects), especially 'cause it's such a big place with "English" spoken everywhere
So it's like, in a thread there's someone speaking what absolutely sounds like gibberish in terms of terminology and grammar and everyone else is like "Understandable, have a great day"

Anyways it'll be like Wiley says something ridiculous (perhaps something very obviously ridiculous), and Raez will pause, stare right into Wiley's eyes, and say something like, "Lies. Deception. That was utter trickery"
Wiley is kinda cool 'cause he'll admit it right away too. He doesn't much like lying
I think he rarely lies if it's something serious, but he does appreciate that about Raez. 
I guess Raez lets him goof off most of the time, which is appreciable too

Wow the relationships part of the page is long.
But that's non-negotiable.
You know, here's a fun fact.
It's not that I "want" to make that section long, per se.
It's because ever since I remember being able to interact with others online, I've loved to hear their takes on my characters, and even their characters' takes on my characters.
Galaxian made it on Orphos' enemy list? Heck yeah--
Anyways, it's nice because I see someone put the effort in writing about my characters a little. And most of all, it means they remember that character. That OC is important enough to theirs to be able to be written down. That makes me really happy.
Which, of course, is on a similar vein of when people draw and write for my characters :D. 

Anyhow, that's why I don't delete relationships off of Galaxian's page. It's like a little testament to that sentiment. I use the time to jot down characters and hope I can make someone a little happy. Even if it's just a portion of the happiness I personally feel, it'd be worth it.
Meanwhile, I feel like I annoy people instead.
Ah, heck it. Whatever. xD
