You basically plan out a short plotline, like a small scene, then make it romantic. A lot of one shots involve going out for coffee, walking in a park, cuddling, having a romantic dinner, or a romantic or deep conversation. So basically something short and sweet, something romantically fluffy. Have them hold hands

Kinda, yea. It's just usually pretty short, unlike a lot of RP threads

I think the writing I post on my writing thread counts as non-romantic one shots iirc, or at least a few of them, if that helps

It's funny with Wiley being petty like I am (though I'm honestly not sure if I'm worse or he's worse) because I can imagine him having sent an email to Rai or something and as soon as he sees Rai's online he turns his status to "Online (:" (custom) and waits for his email to be responded to
Which is, uh, well I'd say mood but I usually don't do that. Out of laziness. And also anxiety.

I like to imagine that, as opposed to his GGaD version where he shows his anger by verbally venting, normal Sunny (grown up Sunny with da angst but without the weird [and severe] personality debuffs in GGaD) instead just glares and makes weird facial expressions

So, it's...I wonder how the Thaohals would react if one day, Kiaane's biological parents just showed up and wanted their child back?
Would the Thaohals just let them? Or would they not? Or would they ask Kiaane what they want? Or would they offer terms for Kiaane leaving, due to Kiaane being a helpful mercenary if nothing else?
My mind is imagining that they might agree for Kiaane to leave if that family gives money or something, and that thought hurts me. That's like trading a person for money.

The funny thing is, between the two families, I can't tell which is worse.

You know, what I hate the most in terms of planning for roleplays is trying to come up with a reason for some character not being somewhere.
There might be ties to this maximum, but I can't think of any for now.

I feel like although Rai is supposed to be fluent in Japanese, he still finds some kanji amusing.
Like "baka" would be "horse deer" in Chinese.

Honestly I am on the cusp of either deciding that I just need to suck it up and finish the piece or deciding that I hate it and don't want to see it ever again
I probably will need to go with the first one nonetheless because I'm lazy and really don't wanna redo, and redo, and redo.
