Also all on my mind right now is how Silence is very nonchalant about killing people when it's necessary, and how nonchalant they are to death in general. Like, they're an ex-hitman themself so it makes sense but for some reason "I hate people like me" just

Sometimes when you write a character backstory you don't think too much about how dark it is and the emotional trauma until times like this and you realize some things about your OC and you need to have a good cry about because the emotions you suddenly feel and the realization of death and people dying exists and

Idk how to explain it. Like, I know this universe isn't real, but the concept of death and killing is real, and the suddenness of "hey, this can happen in real life" has hit me

I feel like Silence has mixed feelings upon death. Like, they have no empathy, so they feel absolutely nothing when someone they care about dies, or when other people die, but at the same time they hate when people kill others, and it's because of that they killed people for money and they have seen the pain it caused other people. And they don't like other people in pain, even if they can't feel anything from seeing others in pain. Like, they have morals despite that they really can't understand the pain and grieving people go through when others die, because they can't feel that type of grieving themself.

Idk how to explain it

They basically have a strong sense of care towards others, a sense of protection, a sense of affection, but they wouldn't be effected emotionally if something bad happened to others

If one of their friends were to be murdered, they wouldn't feel anything, but they would have a sense of wanting to take revenge but only because they think that's what would be the right thing to do. Not revenge out of anger or sadness, but revenge out of the sense that they need to, ya know?

Now that I think about it, Silence is the only GGaD "Good" OC I have that is apathetic

Also thinking about how Alois became a demon, I might write about that

Mostly thinking about that I was earlier because I suddenly thought "a lot of witch familiars were never angels/never had the chance to be an angel before becoming demons. Most demons, like Ruin's father, were fallen angels. Alois and Solaris never had the chance to be angels"

This is also funny because both Echo and Francis are "half angel" (for Francis it's a bit more complicated), so Alois and Solaris both constantly have allergies because Echo lives with Alma lmao, and Francis' angelic presence is a bit stronger than Echo's

Alois and Solaris are both able to tell when Francis comes over. Although with Echo being around them constantly, they probably would start gaining an immunity, with Alois having a stronger immunity because he's been around Echo ever since she befriended Alma.

Alma is probably also able to make medicine to help with their "allergies"

Alma and Germaine are basically the closest thing to parental figures Echo has because y'all met her biological father and her biological mother wasn't exactly "there"/Favian didn't allow her biological mother to exactly be around Echo and her siblings (a lot of restrictions)

I wonder how Germaine would react to Echo calling her "mom" or "mamá" hm

Hmm, so our interpretations of angels and demons and stuff are obviously pretty different, but Hitan's physiology is actually not 100% angel, only stated to being above 50%, so I'm not really sure if that would mean a variation in symptoms from Alois (if any) in the described case or not. From my interpretations of what you've said about this topic, I actually think that Hitan doesn't cause any symptoms, even when he clearly shows his nature as an angel/angel hybrid, at least for the current moment.
Nice to hear that he'd be nice to Hitan, though. Hitan personally would say "Bless you" if his presence caused any allergic symptoms.
