Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

Language fact (though I'm not 100% sure of this, not that I ever am lol, just basing this on my own linguistic experience or whatever): In Chinese if a person who's "supposed" to look masculine instead looks androgynous (more "feminine"), then they're called "长的娘" (looks like a woman), while if a person who's "supposed" to look feminine instead looks androgynous (more "masculine"), then they're called " 长得中性" (basically androgynous lol)
I dislike the first term. I prefer "中性" being used in any context lol. Idk why but calling someone "长的娘" just irks me for some reason lol idk maybe I'm not used to it?

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

I was actually slightly puzzled why I was feeling the feelings I was feeling with the water park thread, but now I realize those feelings probably stem from Raez.
I guess I didn't realize he's kinda like Rai, tying some things philosophically. And then unlike Rai and Wiley in how he judges things and entities.
Maybe I got too used to roleplaying Wiley and tying him and Wiley together in my mind that I forget that his personality is in fact his own personality, not a shallow mimicking of Wiley's.
I apologize, Raez. Won't do it again if I can help it uwu.

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

This is a more official answer to "What would you draw for a Craft Essence if you could draw one? (Inclusive of non-Fate series canon characters obviously)"

Back then my answer was "Kiaane drinking coffee," but that's kinda dumb since CEs that have more than one character are much more fun imo so instead I propose drawing Kiaane presenting Gao Changgong with coffee in a tea cup, with Changgong either blushing (for FRIENDSHIP REASONS) or terrified due to the tea cup thing. Probably blushing because cute :3

Imagine if I were driving and another car were about to crash into me, and technically I very much could avoid it, but instead Wiley screams "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE" and I don't react, and then I die and my ghost is left to hover on with the regret of ever having constructed the character of Wiley I. Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

Right now I can't remember if Servants have to ask "I ask of you: Are you my Master?" in that very specific form (like, if they could just ask "Are you my summoner?" instead of using the term 'Master') and this brings much pain
It technically should be a technicality, but I think it's one I can't really remove since the first time I heard "Master and Servant" from the series I was like "Uh,,," idk I probably got way too philosophical about it

In terms of simple "Yes" or "No" to the question "Do you mind calling your Master as such?" here are the answers from the Fate AU Heroic Spirits I control
Saber says no, Archer says yes, Berserker says no, and Rider also says no. Onto specifics for those who said no: Berserker thinks of it as a technicality, and Rider would prefer to address by name (and honorifics)
As for Saber, whatever the Master prefers is what they prefer, as long as it doesn't trample upon their dignity.
Not explaining Archer's reasoning lol better shown than told uwu

Wiley eats fruit and it sometimes sounds like he is smooching them because of how much he tries to bite off
Rai's always like "Don't bite off more than you can chew" while Raez is like "Wiles--" just because of his horrible table manners

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

Sorry for being intentionally vague but
Arghhh I'm so annoyed at myself. I'm finding pretty big difficulties in writing certain characters because they rarely appear in roleplay and their personalities aren't developed enough. All I have to go by are essentially jokes and generalities, resulting in my mind splitting into two opinions. One is the usual, which blames me for being dumb and lazy and that I have to do more. It has a point. But the other is the one that's blaming the characters for being Gary Stues/Mary Sues lol, and while I wouldn't go as far to say that I can't completely deny it either. jfsdiosfjofi Aaaaaa

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

I wonder which characters easily make eye contact with everyone, which ones can't make eye contact at all, and which are okay with it for close ones but otherwise nope

Wiley definitely can easily make eye contact with everyone lol. So can Rai. Raez is more like "Nope"
Kiaane doesn't make eye contact most of the time. Mostly it's their eyes wandering.
Galaxian looks around too much but doesn't mind. Unlike me. I'm in a fourth category lol eyes are beautiful but I don't like looking at them. It's too small an area to focus on
Nagesh,,, depends on what he reads. If he sees the other wants eye contact he gives them it. If they don't he looks elsewhere, at least most of the time.

I actually tried to find the two sketches to post them (because I can't redo them ig) but I couldn't find them and I actually lost the courage due to flipping through my sketchbook, so that's a no on that for now ig.
I technically could get lineart on them if I find them and try to correct mistakes that way, but uh. Idk.
I hope one of them is not that bad so I don't have to do that. I'm thinking of one that's much easier to line than the other, and I'm lazy, a'right?

Went through a preliminary trial of heck (went to the searing upstairs) to try to find the sketch; alas, my efforts were in vain.
I did get to laugh at my older drawings with my mom though
Anyways, I know which sketchbook the sketch is in; I just don't know where that sketchbook may be.
Ah well, my imagination probably makes the sketch visualize better than it actually is.

~Raez and Wiley, playing Among Us with the proximity mod~
Raez, probably joking: How do you vent?
Wiley: Like this--
Wiley: "My life suuuuucks! I have no girlfriend and everyone hates me~!"

Raez, still probably joking: How do you vent?
Wiley: Like this~
Wiley: (*jumps into vent as Raez screams*)
