I had heard the voice before so it wasn't a big surprise.
It's so easy to forget that BF and GF are 19 and not actually young teenagers xDDD

I've been brainstorming the FNF mod all morning because if I don't get most of it done this month I won't have much time to work on it throughout July and probably won't have it done at least until August

I think I'm gonna try animating the sprites frame by frame instead of using symbols (though I might use them a little bit) since I'm much more used to frame by frame than manipulating symbols. It might take a little longer but I'd rather have quality over time.

I think in terms of the way the mod will play is that it features 3 weeks, Week 1 is Amaranth, Week 2 is Indigo, and Week 3 is Ariana. Amaranth's week is going to be pretty simple with a troll before the last song to poke fun at a lot of mods with last-song-transformation and then have it be an easy-ish song but still harder than the previous ones. His week will go on the basis of "technically I should kill you buuuut I'm also too much of a softie so lets rap lol"

Not sure about Indigo yet but I think her week will be more of a "Yes I'm nice but I will definitely destroy you if you so much as breathe around Amaranth or Ariana" tone

Ariana's is going to be easy, probably easier than Amaranth, and she'll play her panflute for the first two songs before (maybe) singing the last one herself. It won't be a "transformation,' per se, but in the second song Ariana's black stripe will appear and in the last song she'll flicker once in a while to look like Kieran (the soul she absorbed and gave her the black stripe).

How does symbol manipulation work? I don't know much about animation, so like frame-by-frame is pretty much what comes to mind when I think of it.

I think that the 3rd song transformation thing is because games are often supposed to get harder as you progress xD also because it looks cool Ig and it kinda adds to the "climax" of the story. I guess that if your mod is gonna have more than one week tho that's more than enough space for you to do the story as you wish :3

Idk I'm excited to hear more about your plans for Indigo, and Ariana's part definitely sounds super interesting xD. Are you going to do it so all three parts are connected in a sort of story?

Well, you have to begin brainstorming in order to set your ideas more solidly later, so it's okay if you haven't decided everything yet. I'm sure you'll come up with more things the more you think! This is gonna be so cool xD.

I'm redrawing all of Amaranth's sprites because I don't like how the last set turned out so I decided he is gonna be flying because I can't use his dragon form lol

I actually finished the paper drawing for Amaranth's sprites so now I have to put them into Animate and actually animate them but 👀👀👀 progress
