Rn I wanted to tell you that I borrowed a laptop and I'm playing FNF again xD and this time it actually works well!! Yesterday I played but the only things I could see were the arrows I had to press lol so it wasn't really the full experience.
Anyways, since the arrow keys in this laptop's keyboard aren't optimal, I'm testing out the DFJK layout and honestly it's so much easier once you get used to it xD
So yeah I guess try altering the controls in your laptop to the DFJK keys! It's easier to do certain kinds of combos thrown at you that way. Also I'm still getting used to it lol I'm not used to syncing my two hands to play on keyboard

Update:
I have beat all 7 weeks of FNF in hard difficulty without dying B))))))
Actually "Guns" almost got me akfjghlfg I barely didn't finish the level, and "Stress" was just as hard but I did a whole lot better.
Tankman's week is the hardest one of them all I say.
But to be honest, Hating Sim. is also really tough. Especially "Roses". "Thorns" is easier than the previous song tbh and there's less elements in the background to distract me.

This time all parts of the game were loading so I could see sprites and background very well xD
Unfortunately, it seems that those distract my focus too much and my performance hasn't been as good as yesterday. I mean it's definitely easier to play on a black screen than with moving sprites xD
In this run, the only song in which I got a perfect score was "Dad Battle". I'm not really a good player lol I'm just decent like I can keep the score bar all the way to the left and keep it there (except for Week 7 lol) but I do miss several notes and my accuracy isn't perfect.

Tbh I'm not completely used to the DFJK input yet but it works wonderfully for what they call 'staircase riffs'.
Those are easier like this as long as I can see their pattern lol. I mean, the ones you get in hard "Roses" are definitely harder than the ones you get in hard "Ugh" because in the latter you can see a pattern but in the other one I just can't set up the pattern in my mind xD

Tankman is for sure the hardest week. Spirit got me quite a few times during "Thorns" but I got through "Senpai" and "Roses without dying iirc.

I know you said Pico was hard but Pico was kind of easy for me xD

Yes Tankman is hard.
I think the main problem with Pico is that the notes didn't match all the music and they were moving rather slowly, but I performed better when they were sped up a bit. It's just that if the arrows don't match the music's beat, I get kinda disoriented xD

I mean I like "Pico" so the fact that I was vibing with it probably helped. Same with "Ugh." I already had a good sense of the song so it was easier for me to pick up, while I don't know Guns and even Stress nearly as well.

Ok so it was basically my brain was developing Phantom more through my dreams

I came up with the idea that when Specter revived Phantom, he didn't immediately become a ghost person, it was more of a gradual change. So in the 6 years between when Kennio died and to Phantom currently he slowly went from a mostly-human with some weak ghost powers to basically a ghost with a corporeal body. When he first got revived, Phantom's telekinesis was stronger, then he developed his ability to teleport, then become invisible, then finally to phase between ghost and physical forms.

Ghost puberty.

That sounds interesting, and I guess you can do it that way since Phantom is your character xD but I have one question.
Does this mean that, at some point, they'll become a complete ghost?

No, they won't.
They've stopped "converting" at this point. I called it ghost puberty because it happened during when boys tend to go through puberty and since Phantom has a male body it applies to them too. Since they're about 20 now and have stopped growing, so has their conversion into a ghost-person. Like I said, they're basically a ghost that's possessing it's own body. Other than that they're pretty darn close to an average ghost.

I thought this would be a good explanation for when they stopped physically aging at 20 when they were revived into a ghost-human hybrid as a 14yo lol

They're found in like these room thingies that are like, idk maybe mini-utopias or something (that's not exact but I don't have another word for it) but if a ghost Specter decided to house inside their domain really wished for a place with lots of nature, then there might have been a few flowers in the room they were assigned.
So Phantom might have seen a few flowers, which are still a rarity in Spec's domain. Makes sense that they'd love flowers!
