Personally I looked up "Asian summer slippers" for that image but in Chinese, they're called tuo xie （拖鞋). I'm not familiar with other variations lol so you'll probably have to look at images to be able to pinpoint them without help. I've seen them at a Korean marketplace though, so I'm pretty sure Koreans wear them as well
