I nearly deleted half of my work when there were 5 minutes left on a 25-minute assessment and if I actually continued doing it I'm pretty sure I would hate myself for that for the rest of my life

Ctrl + A, then backspace is a terrible habit that I have as well, it really is a problematic thing to do so often (especially if Ctrl + Z doesn't work)
Good luck with all your work and AP exams! It's May now so it's probably really stressful for you, but hang in there; I'm sure you can do it! Go get those 5s :D
