Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

I love YouTube sometimes gives me epic songs for theme songs for my characters and other times it's like "Angst?"
Tbh Wiley doesn't seem like someone who should have angsty theme songs (at least that's my impression atm) but it was too good to resist lol
Even for Rai angsty theme songs are...they're fitting? But they don't seem like something that would be there lol

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

Notably I made Rai's page on the CC wiki in March of 2019, but I'm pretty sure I made his form before that.
Lol, to think he was supposed to be evil. Or at least morally questionable lol I mean he was supposed to condone mind control and stuff.
I think my morals cut into his character tbh lol, but at the same time I'm glad he's the way he is because the plot he was in literally flopped to the end lol
I think it's much more logical for the path he took tbh, I wouldn't have enjoyed POVing him if he'd been evil in CC, and it's also more logical for him to know that mind control is temporary

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

But anyways going off of March of 2019,,, Rai is chronologically around 2 UwU
lol I think I made Rai before I made GGaD!Galaxian but I'm actually not sure, I'm pretty sure I made both of 'em in fall of 2018 but I cannot remember the specifics lol
Hitan's older than both of them for sure in terms of existence period; he was made almost as soon as I joined the forums lol, but ofc Xuqiao is older than Hitan too. He's actually older than any Galaxian persona lol
Xuqiao has gone through a heck of a lot of names come to think of it xD
Lianhuan is older than any Galaxian persona too,,,

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

Echo was like "Wonder how Dion and Kaori reacted to Francis' deep voice" but you know, Echo? At least Francis doesn't sound like Darth Vader. If he did Kaori would...actually I'm not sure he'd be surprised lol, he's hard to surprise by now

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

I'm starting to suspect that I can pin the blame on Akuma instead of accepting my own responsibilities...again blame Akuma for me not being able to finish Kaori's form because I can't ever update its information to a satisfactory degree either :-)
I think maybe I just need to write and draw both of them more lol

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

The other day I asked my characters, "Hey, what would happen if you guys were in, like, a fanfiction sort of AU? Like if you were in Shingeki no Kyojin?" and Rai raised his hand and answered with the most deadpan expression, "I'd die."

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

I kinda feel like Wiley would purposefully go to sites with viruses on them waiting to be installed and wait for Rai to enter the room before he looks like he's gonna click it just so he can try to see what panicking Rai looks like
Lol he never gets to see Rai actually panicking but he does get to see "I am speed" Rai

Rai's figured out his shenanigans though, so whenever Wiley does that Rai stands leaning against the doorway with a "Your computer, your life choices" smirk.

Tbh I'm not actually sure if I like my design for Death in terms of shadows and whatnot
I'm fine with their hair having no shadows and them having no shadow but their face having shadows? idk lol it looks weird and the drawing, bad as it is, proves it. They kinda look like Nagesh lol (though Nagesh has shadows on his hair), at least in terms of hair and skin contrast anyways
Hmmmm

Okay but like

Death has white skin and white eyebrows
Without lineart they'd technically have invisible eyebrows

GGaD: The (good) deities enforce social distancing either in their own domains or just in general. Presumably things are a little bit better, though ig it depends on the Sect as well.
CC: Oh yes the lower Sashes are so screwed
Forums: I imagine this would be the definitive safe place lol, forumers are smart and socially distance, plus add on superhuman abilities and goodbye virus

For some reason, even though right now my art literally sucks (lol), I'm still happy looking at it

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

On the topic of not liking to look at themselves, I feel like I don't really put an emphasis on that detail for characters lol
But there are definitely characters of mine who purposefully stay away from mirrors because of reasons
Wiley goes between a mix of pretending to be obsessed with his own appearance to staying away from mirrors out of "fear of ghosts", that I know for sure.
Galaxian doesn't show in mirrors by default unless he minds them; same goes for any other reflective surface, including pools of water.
Rai's information for this is confidential, lol. Same goes for Raez, lol. Why are they like this
Hitan doesn't particularly hate his own face in GGaD, but he does hate himself for certain reasons, which is why if he looks into mirrors he only looks at specific details. Usually he doesn't have to; his clothing and hair are like immaculate by default. He doesn't show in mirrors well unless he wants to too; in Rogue (even if he's no longer in the RP) I recall a specific detail where there was a bright glare around him even in cameras. Same goes for mirrors lol, he shiny

Re: Galaxian's Roleplaying Thread {Version Omega}

Just saw a video on YT Recommended where it's like "The friend you have to explain" and my mind thought to Rai and Raez regarding Wiley lol
Though tbh the three of them are all weird
As you can see, Rai failed at explaining Wiley lol. Maybe if he did a better job Dion wouldn't be so "-_-" towards Wiley? (Press X to doubt.)
