the most anxiety inducing question I've ever gotten is my therapist asking me how I'm feeling, because I genuinely do not know. And I can't just say idk bc like who doesn't know how they're feeling, so I would normally by default just say I'm fine but I'm obviously not fine if I'm in therapy so that's a blatant lie and I'm just left there saying "uh" and "um" like an idiot as I try to figure out what to say all the while my anxiety level rises.
