Galaxian doesn't speak since that would be interrupting/stopping them. He just listens without blinking. For him, if a cat can be talking, a cat looking sad isn't abnormal. In any case, he doesn't press.

Well, until Silence gets bored, Galaxian's just going to continue listening. He's a good listener, to be honest.

Hand? Paw? Did the narrator miss when they shapeshifted back?

The small deity grabs their hand and shakes it a little bit. And then he grins. "I win? How can I win if I haven't even tried yet?"
Oh no, Silence, make him stop talking before it's too late. 

Nope, no worries, the above post was made with the intention that it could be edited easily because the narrator was pretty sure they'd screwed up but was just too lazy to read. There. Edited.

"I don't need to prove it, 'cause I know I can, but that'd be a waste of time for you and that's not good, so I just wanna talk longer than you did," Galaxian specifies happily.
Bruh, he's competitive too? Oh no.

You do not know him, Silence.
"Uh huh!" He nods.

Okay, the narrator's fingers are ready to perish for the sake of a not-worth-it, questionable goal. Thanks, Galaxi. 
"I can't talk much about what you say because I haven't eaten before. I've drank water in the past before, though. I heard it's supposed to be tasteless, but it...well, hmm, I dunno what to compare it to, because I don't drink other things or eat other things. I can taste blood without ever having it touch me, though." Well, we're off to a great start in terms of fluff, huh. "It doesn't taste metallic to me, but its taste does make me realize I can't ever relate to vampires. On a note completely unrelated to vampires, my friends like what you like, too. Actually, I meant one friend of mine really likes that thing called 'ice cream' you mentioned. He's not lactose intolerant, but technically I don't really understand why he eats either. The reason for not understanding is why I don't drink water, too. If it's not needed and there's water shortage, then drinking it seems unreasonable and selfish. I don't like to be selfish, but...it can't be helped sometimes." How do you connect food/liquids with philosophy while talking??? 
"By the way, he's like an ice cream expert, and he tells me that the ice cream made specifically for lactose-intolerant individuals is just as good as other types of ice cream. So, there's no need to ignore the needs of your body and eat ice cream with lactose in it," he lectures. He pauses. "...I think I'm making you hungry. Well, I guess like I said, I don't have much to say about food or stuff people eat. By the way, I don't understand why people eat the weirdest things. It's especially disgusting when they do things like...eat worms." He makes a slight face. "For 0.05 dollars? Usually it's for money, I think? For the monetary reason, I'm not going to say whether it's worth it or not because I dunno, I almost never need to use money, but have they ever thought about the worms' feelings? The worms don't want to be chewed up and eaten, for the gods' sake! Geez. Those people are so inconsiderate." 

"About that friend who really likes ice cream--I don't think he only likes ice cream, but he doesn't really tell me what he likes other than that, so I don't know what to give him, ever. He doesn't actually talk about himself, I guess. I have a feeling he does it on purpose--that he just talks about ice cream a bunch to...hmm, I dunno exactly, but I just know he doesn't talk a lot about himself. But one thing he'll always talk about--well, I guess it's one person, not one 'thing'--anyhow, that's his brother. And I know his brother as well! We're not very close friends, but I think we are friends. I think I have a lot of friends and that I'm really lucky to be able to know all of them, even if we only talk once in a while. But...I do wonder what it'd be like to have a brother. Sometimes I like to think about entities like me having siblings, and it seems so far-fetched for me because a lot of entities just have different origins than I do. But it seems nice. It's like someone to naturally protect, maybe? On both sides? I like protecting people," he goes. "And non-people. I'm always lucky enough to be able to help people who appreciate it. Most of them do, at least. I can't remember anyone who said something mean instead. Maybe I didn't wanna remember it and forgot, I dunno. But that's not very likely since I don't like to force myself to forget anything. A lot of memories seem like they should be kept, either to be cherished or to be remembered as lessons. Or maybe just to be there to be remembered, I guess. It seems awfully rude to try to forget someone or something purposefully...unless maybe that memory can hurt you? But even so, it's probably better to remember, I guess, because once one gets past that hurt, growth happens. So no matter how bad things are, they'll get better as long as life persists."
"So I guess that saying all this is probably not nice of me, but I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't know what you've had to go through, and I don't know what's happened to your siblings and family, and I can't relate either, but never forget their love for you and your love for them!" Galaxian may be spurting out the most nonsensical morale talk, but at least his smile is purer than the purest gold and the purest water. Hopefully that compensates a bit. "And hold onto your memories too, Silence. You never know when you'll need them." 
"And just putting this here--but do you wanna try to search for the meat on the stick with me later? I'm not gonna talk forever, of course! That'd be a waste of your life. I think. So yeah! I can treat you," he adds. "I work a bit. So I have money."

"Nope," Galaxian immediately goes. "I don't use the money on anything really," other than donations, you mean, Galaxian, :-P, "so I can use it! I bet it'll make you happy, too." He cuts off a "Unlike you don't like free things" statement, which he figures would be pretty dumb to say even for him, and sits there with a dumb little grin on his face. 

"Yeah! I like making others happy!" he exclaims. He essentially has the dumb grin still on his face while talking. Uh, this is kinda a reference to how the narrator found people talking about the Hades arc from Saint Seiya as something along the lines of "dashing men with animated mouths." It's kinda hard to incorporate, though, now that they're actually trying.

Galaxian proceeds to look them dead in the eyes. "And you're paying me back with your time, so don't worry about paying back with anything else. Or else, it wouldn't be much of a treat."

"Okay!" the deity repeats. "Well, we should probably start somewhere where you were, I guess, and ask around. It's been a while, though, right?"

"Oh, that's pretty short a time!" Galaxian goes, clearly excited. Though, he's one to be saying one year's pretty short for someone who's existed less than three years and retains memories from even shorter a timeframe. Eh, he's weird. Anyhow, he continues enthusiastically, "That makes it easier! Time shortcut to meat on a stick for you! Yay!"
Like the narrator said before, he's weird.

"Yeah!" he agrees/responds. "Where's it at? Is it far?" Nothing is far in his standards, by the way.

"Oh wow, really far," the deity exclaims with a surprised look. "How'd you get over here then?"
And yes, he is now veering off-topic. This is par for the course.
