I mean, that's what it's doing.

Well, he wanted to ask just in case. Squinting slightly, Mongwau started to piece together in his mind how to extract the duck.
Offline
Heaven shrugged and frowned, "Very well then. Just don't bring the ducks with you." She nods over to a nearby watching mage, who nods back and follows after Lianhuan to escort him.
Cuthwolf is kinda tugging at Heaven's armor or something, trying to get her attention to tell on Jenny.
Offline
Too late. Lianhuan's opening the door. And then the ducks spring into action.
Seriously, it's like the library was a cage before and they're getting out of it. Some start off on foot. Others just start flying.
Offline
Heaven is just placing her hands onto her face and dying inside now.
Offline
"Uh, sorry, what did you say, Miss. Heaven???" questions Lianhuan, stopping a bit to stumble against the doorside while the ducks start their crusade into the rest of the Clocktower.
Offline
"It's not you, it's the ducks" She sighed, removing her hands from her face, "Just, for now, get yourself to the Infirmary, later on, you need to clean up this duck mess."
Offline
Jenny and Mongwau were still busy trying to extract the duck in Yvonne's hair, but at least they seemed to be making progress.
Offline
Lianhuan stops and juts out his lip defiantly. "They're not a mess."
Really? He's gonna defend ducks now?
Offline
"Fine, this... sudden appearance of ducks causing overcrowding." Heaven said with yet another sigh.
Offline
"They're not, though! They're guests!" Lianhuan exclaims.
Offline
"Guests needs to leave eventually."
Offline
"But they just came! We should throw them a welcome party!" Lianhuan spins around and nearly falls down.
Offline
"Well it wouldn't be a good idea to party without the person who brought them along here, right?" Heaven suggested, crossing her arms, "We can party maybe after you go to the infirmary."
Cuthwolf, seeing that his fake plea for telling on Jenny was a failure, slinkes back to Yvonne, Jenny and Mongwau, "Uhmmmm... So how is it going?"
Offline
"I can bring them to the infirmary! I'll watch over them!" Lianhuan offers before turning around to go like it's been decided. "Come on duckies! You'll like the infirmary!"
Not that there are many ducks left. Most of those that are close to the door have already flown out.
Offline
Heaven sighs once more, at least he's going get himself checked out

Someone please wake Yvonne up...
Offline
The duck in Yvonne's hair is actually, despite its apparent self-centered nature, trying to help. Somewhat. Unfortunately, that means it just yanked on her hair again. Hey, the other narrator asked for it.
"Come on, you all!" Lianhuan beckons to the ducks, who squawk after him like he's a mother hen.
Offline
Heaven watched Lianhuan go and refocused on the dilemma of Yvonne and the duck. She narrowed her eyes and tried to carefully pick away and untie the duck from Yvonne.
Offline
(Does Heaven actually look dead inside by now or is that just my imagination?)
Offline
((She looks dead inside, I think))

The two managed to get the duck out. Mongwau picked it up and very gently gave it a light pat on the head, telling it that it did a very good job and that is was very helpful. Of course this wasn't necessarily true, but he didn't want to make the duck feel bad.
Offline
It takes Lianhuan all but five seconds to begin racing ducks to the infirmary. He does not make wise life decisions sometimes.
The duck quacks appreciatively, being a duck and thus not supposed to understand that many emotion-related connotations.
Offline
Yvonne made a little sound when the duck woke her up.
Now it wasn't in her hair, and she felt a bit relieved. Yes, definitely, having a duck tangled on your hair isn't a very comfortable experience.
"thanks, mongwau," she said while straightening slowly. "so... what's going on..."
Offline
Mongwau nodded in response to Yvonne. He carefully set the duck on the ground.
Offline
The duck takes an interest in a nearby book, which has fallen onto the ground because of another one of its duck comrades.
Offline
"Nothing much. Duck." Cuthwolf shrugs while sitting on the table by Yvonne.
Offline
Mongwau nodded. Duck indeed, he agreed in his own language.
Offline
"why duck?" Yvonne looked around.

Status update on Lianhuan--he's nyooming through the halls. The hallways are getting to be very loud.
