My hand isn't big, my fingers are just really long and I've stretched my hand a LOT since I started playing. Trust me, a year ago I wouldn't have been able to hit that chord. Anyway, I can barely get it as it is. I'm just smacking the keys really.

I'm actually using said hand stretching to type with one hand.

Oh yeah did I ever tell you that I can stretch my left hand farther and easier than my right?

Sometimes what I do is alter the chord to make it playable until I learn to play the original chord properly it's a good placeholder so I can play the whole piece :D

Yeah! I think one of the reasons is due to the fact that I play the violin and that means I use my left hand for all the fingering and stuff, which requires my hand to stretch. The pieces that I play the left hand part tends to be harder and require more notes across a wider range, so that's probably it as well.

My hand also can't stretch much because my fingers bend like really easily and (it's not bad for my health) it doesn't let me get a firm push on the keys.

Yeah I guess xD still haven't done that tho.
I guess it's not much of a problem while playing piano now. I kinda strengthened my fingers enough to play on weighted keys, so now I could use a grand piano normally instead of suffering with pressing o.o
It's really annoying for certain guitar chords tho,,, especially the F chord,,, such a hindrance xD

No look it's to play the F on guitar
Chords are combinations of pressing on frets and strumming.
You have to put your hand like this to play the F chord

My index finger gets really bent :')

I can play all major chords and some minors on guitar. A few variations too but idk what they're called. For example, D7 but idk what that translates to on piano lol I just know it exists.
I'm better at fingerpicking tho. I can fingerpick pretty quickly and almost any song.

I think you might be able to fingerpick pretty well because you're used to pressing the notes on the violin.

I mean it's like words in English, right? You don't think about the specific letters once you've memorized the word, you look at them together as a whole.
