While Jenny is saying that to Lianhuan, she is pointing at a mirror, and at a reflection at herself, she is saying, "Why are you like this" while on the surface, she says this to Lianhuan, but since she is pointing at herself in the mirror, a second layer is added. The hidden message is that she is asking herself, "Why are you like this" possibly resenting her vampiric nature or her personality or such in general. She is also smiling in a possible attempt to mask it or in an effort to smile the pain away.
