I'm pretty lucky tbh one of the only days I couldn't access the wiki for basically the entire day the UCP update happens
I didn't really have any threads left over to respond to there, other than the mall one I think. idk if I want to archive that or transfer it here. If Ash and Axel and Echo (Idk who exactly was there by now?? I think it was those three) want it here I can transfer it and then ignore it for weeks between responses like I do for every other thread lol
Anyways the wiki is technically out of bounds for me now. I can view pages but can't view them. Discussions doesn't work. I'll just have to finish archiving pages before the pandemic ends and I have to return this computer. My presence on the wiki can be said to be completely gone.

Tbh I'll probably need a new computer soon. I couldn't have made it through last semester without this computer. I'd have been so screwed.
But new computers cost money and lol do I look like I have money? I don't and I can't work either lol

I went to my mom's workplace today with her to pick her up and I encountered one of the bastards who bully her while she was going out of the front door
I had a face mask, hoodie, and also sunglasses on lol. While she was passing by me, I was standing at full height and I looked her in the eyes as she passed and wow guess who was glaring at me like I needed to die that moment lol wow I appreciated that

I remember the day where there were 16 deaths in the U.S. from the SARS-CoV-2 virus and there was so much on the news about it and how people had expressed condolences to the relatives of those 16 people.
Now more than 3,500 people in the U.S. are dying per day and it's really like it's just become numbers. Or perhaps those condolences being expressed rarely are able to get onto the news any more.
I'm not going to say more about it because I get too emotional about stuff like this and I still need to do homework but...sometimes, the ways humans go about many things are incomprehensible and just...very sad.

The U.S. is really hitting bad landmarks every week or even just bidaily, huh. 4000+ deaths in one day. Regardless of whether it was because of backlogged data due to holidays, it still doesn't make any difference in at least two things: 1) The speed of the spread has not decreased, 2) Regardless of day, people are still dying.
Why is it that it seems nothing can be changed for the better at this point? Is it truly because some believe themselves to be above logic? Is it because there are those giving up in the midst of a battle for themselves and their loved ones? Is that minority--what I hope and refuse to believe otherwise, is still a minority--making such a difference?
