Why would a ghost lie about their killer? I'm assuming the "killer" is innocent, though it could very well not be the case.
I think that Gregory Edgeworth didn't know who killed him for real. Dunno if that's possible, but that's what I'm guessing atm.

Bruh link URLs can be really telltale huh or maybe I'm just being misled over pictures I can't see

Then again it's probably not very "decent" to look up stuff like I did.
Even more so if I'm getting my ideas wrong xD but anyways yeah

Okay but it's funny???? I rarely look up stuff hahaha
Honestly I should probably get into the habit of doing research when I want to know something.
Idk what I'm afraid of and why I fear doing research.

Okay so
Wow the whole trial,, the investigation even, it really had me on the edge of my seat ALL the way through xD.
You know, all of it would be rather spoilery (in terms of character backstory and, of course, the trial's ending) so uh Ig I'll mark it as spoiler as soon as I get to describing the events themselves? I'm not sure how much I can actually say/react to, since I had a lot of thoughts while watching it (it really was long, after all!) and it changes pace several times... plus my own thoughts changing with the course of the trial :D. For now, some character thoughts.
Lemme just say, Lotta Hart was yet another interesting character xD but she did seem kinda sus to me right from the start when she mentioned doing an investigation. That was just,,, really obvious lol.
I wonder if Wright thought that as well?
Also, something else is that the trial made me really like Miles Edgeworth as a character. Like, his personality. He's kinda arrogant imo but he's still got some kind of charm? And I know that as a prosecutor he's concerned with getting all suspects a guilty veredict, but I could also notice that he did that because he wanted justice to be served.
Haha, justice. Such a relative term I guess.
That von Karma guy,,, he seemed really "final boss"-like from the beginning. And I mean why wouldn't he, if he even managed to like stun the judge and all. He seemed like a mean person too o_o with his face and evil grin. And too self-confident. He was just like >:] at times. Though his waving finger animation was pretty cool!
To be honest, there were several times when I thought "okay he definitely wins" and it was SUCH a relief to see him get, well, not outsmarted, but like interrupted enough. It did seem like he had everything completely and coldly calculated, to the point in which it just was like he was impossible to thwart.
But anyways it was a lot of tension character-wise, because sure the trial goes on... but what now? Will that even change the veredict? Haha.
By the way the judge is a pretty cool character xD you'd think at first that he's all serious and stuff,,, but nope XD.
All hail Larry Butz too XDDDDD. He's uh he's the only one (out of him, Edgeworth, and Wright) who actually looks 23 right away honestly xD and he's a MESS but he also means well, I guess, and he's just an unlucky guy. Bruh XDDD. I kinda like him.
Also I know I forgot to mention this character earlier, but detective Gumshoe!!! He's such a nice character. I mean, he may not be the brightest out there, but I can really tell he wants to do his job well. He tries at least xD and he's actually quite nice. To be honest, when I first saw him, I thought he was going to be kinda mean (he did kinda act like that in the first case so) and all, y'know, he's a big guy xD. But yes, I like his attitude and way of being. Aaaand sometimes he's so innocent that he seems adorable to me.

I'm going to have lunch to uh Idk if I'll type out the actual spoilers after lunch or later today (or tomorrow maybe??? Idk since I also want to continue on to the next case so idk) but anyways :D

Turnabout Goodbyes was indeed a very *intense keysmashing* for me when I went through it as well if I recall fjdslkfjdlkfsklf
It definitely keeps you on edge, especially with how the case starts with a bang (ha ha merry christmas) and only gets more wild as you learn more
ah, Lotta Hart,,,, you could say she has a "lotta heart" xD she's kinda an oddball with how cheerful she is when it comes to a murder but I do like her somewhat as a character
Edgeworth!! Edgeworth!! He does have this sense of pride, but throughout the game you kinda see where it comes from, since he so strongly values his job and the "justice" it brings. Turnabout Goodbyes definitely helps to show what lies underneath his very rigid personality that he showed in the previous cases
>:] is honestly the best description for Manfred von Karma, especially in the earlier parts of the case, where he seemingly had full control of the entire trial. I see where you get the "final boss" vibes from, and tbh he kinda is a final boss in a way, since Rise from the Ashes (case 5 of game 1) wasn't originally in the game. It really is satisfying to see how the trial kinda breaks away from his control, especially with how many times the game pulls the "okay now it's time for the verdict--- hold it"
fhsdlkfjd the silliness of the judge is honestly a series staple
ah boy Larry Butz,,, he's indeed an absolute mess but I do agree, him being 23 is easier to believe than Edgeworth being 23 fjdslkfjkl although to be fair to Edgeworth, he kinda has a lot of things going on. My opinion on Larry has flip-flopped so many times but I can see why you'd like him; and arguably the "not guilty" would have been impossible without him this time fjdslkfl
Detective Gumshoe!! Gumshoe is honestly just trying his best and I love him for it, I always feel so bad whenever Edgeworth or anyone is mean to him. I remember thinking he was kinda mean in Turnabout Sisters too but I think I warmed up to him around Turnabout Samurai and by Turnabout Goodbyes and beyond I've just loved his character (also the fact that both his first and last name are slang terms for "detective" is really silly but honestly I can't imagine him with any other name, Ace Attorney and its pun names smh)
:eyes: I am kinda curious about what you thought about DL-6 and the other spoilery stuff but don't feel any need to rush, I know how long spoiler rambles can sometimes take fslfjklsjfkl
Have fun with Rise from the Ashes whenever you get to it!! I think it's one of the longest cases in the franchise but honestly I enjoyed it quite a bit

Don't listen to Russet, Specter
Embrace the darkness and lock those phones

Please don't. Life is hard enough for most. Doing that is not only unnecessary, but also selfish. Not to mention, people who could have been doing other things would have to spend their precious time unlocking the phones, and people who might have made the purchase would not be able to see the product's capabilities, which means you effectively took away something from both the purchasing and selling end. Making life/a job harder for others is utterly despicable in the first place. I'm appalled you're even considering this, all in all.

C'mon lol you think I'd actually lock all the phones like that? I mean you should know me better lol.
In any case if I do it I'd unlock them before leaving or something
Not to mention my parents would probably get scolded or something and my being the cause of something like that isn't something I'd like.
