Yeah, there's a bit more.
"Thank you all!" the teenage teacher exclaims gratefully, "It was really much easier to get it into the school in the first place."
Offline
"Why so many books, if I may ask? Not that it's a bad thing; I'm just curious."
Offline
"I thought you all might like some for your classrooms," he responds cheerfully. "They always make the classrooms look so nice. But I wasn't sure what topics you're touching on this year, so I brought everything I could think of that could pertain to your teaching topics."
Offline
"I'm delighted you thought of that," Germaine replied lightheartedly.
Offline
"Thanks," he says cheerily. "But of course, they only serve that visual purpose with shelves. I brought some too, in case you don't have enough shelves or just don't have any yet."
Wow.
Offline
"That is very kind of you," Calix nodded.
"Whoa, you must be so strong to carry all that!" Apollo remarked.
Offline
Hitan beams like he's never heard a compliment before. Or two. "Thank you!"
Offline
"Well, the thought is appreciated. I haven't checked my classrom yet, though." Germaine turned to look at the other teachers. "Have you?"

"I had checked mine the other day, and it seemed to be lacking of something. Now as he had brought books in, and I realize now of what it was lacking. Thank you, Hitan, the books are greatly appreciated. "
"I haven't checked mine yet," Apollo blushed, feeling embarrassed for not thinking to do so.
Offline
"I don't think it's much of a problem," Germaine told Apollo. "We can check our classrooms later."
Offline
"Yeah, no problem!" Hitan says enthusiastically with a quick nod of his head, intending to direct the statement towards both Calix and towards Apollo.
Iollan heads back in, casually holding another heapload of books. He sets them down carefully on his desk.
Offline
Calix looked around the room to study the group of people before him before tilting his head back a bit to think.
"Shall we get started on this meeting?"
Offline
"I don't see why not," Germaine commented. Turning to Iollan, she asked, "Are those all the books?"
Offline
"Yes ma'am," Iollan answers with what have probably been a salute had he not been careful about making sure the books are completely okay on their own without his hands around them. So it's kind of a weird jolt instead. He doesn't mind, though.
Meanwhile, Hitan guards the books like he's afraid gravity will betray him or something. Of course, there's no fear on his face, only a sort of mix of calmness and excitement.

"What will we talk about first?" Apollo asked excitedly.
Offline
"Well, I think first we should make the books are all set on a stable surface," Germaine suggested sweetly.
Offline
"We're fine; we're just both overprotective of these," Iollan chuckles. "For various reasons, of course. Please proceed with us."

((I'm not sure if I mentioned that Germaine set her folder on the table but just in case pretend I did))
"If you say so," she replied. Germaine glanced back at her folder.
"I suppose we all have some things to contribute to the conversation and perhaps planning. This can wait for later, but I'd like to say that I retrieved the student profiles from the headmaster's office." She almost laughed after her sentence. "Perhaps it's irresponsible of me to not have checked them yet. Maybe you already know about the students."
Offline
Calix said, "I had briefly looked over them at some point."
Apollo nodded.
Offline
"Oh, I don't usually check the student profiles, so don't worry, I guess?" Iollan ponders aloud with a chuckle. "My subject is a bit different from all of yours, though."
Hitan seems to make an effort to make sure everyone has spoken before he does, and when he does, his voice is filled with that sort of trademark eagerness of his. "I studied the profiles when they came out," he states, trying not to sound like that's something mandatory that needs to be done by everyone.
Offline
"Oh, that's perfect! I'll check them later, perhaps during some free time or at lunchtime," Germaine said with a grin. "But I am curious; what did you think about our students? Just so I can get a general idea wihout going too much in-depth into this subject.
Offline
"I think we have a great batch of students this year," Calix said. "I recall that some of them have made the news before."
Apollo spoke, "Huh, actually I did find something weird. There's one student that had no information of their page other than their school photo. No name, no talent listed. Just a photo."
"Must be some printing mistake," Calix nodded, noting that. "I'll ask the office later for their information."
Offline
"Just one?" Hitan questions.
Iollan was about to answer Germaine's question but opts not to, since Apollo and Calix kinda started off on a new branch. He'll refer back to it later.
Offline
Apollo nodded, "Yep, but like Calix said, it was probably a printing mistake! Oh! Yea, I remembering seeing some on the news, obviously for good stuff!"
Apollo nodded again, thinking about the news.
"So I think the students will be very talented, but of course we're talking about Ultimates, so, I mean, yea!"
Apollo looked a bit flustered, trying to get his words out along with his thoughts. But, of course, Apollo's mind is always a trainwreck when it comes to any and all concepts, so this was a normal thing for him to do when talking.
Offline
"I think there was one who was on the news for mixing explosive stuff together on purpose, right?" Hitan ponders thoughtfully.
Wow, wonder who that was.
Offline
Calix laughed a bit.
"Yeah, but I heard no one got hurt."
HMM, the Narrator wonders who it is.
Offline
"Really? Now that's interesting," Germaine commented. "I sure hope our classrooms won't get blown up. Any other students of interest?"
Offline
"I've heard one of our students has been featured in a popular fashion magazine, and another had won an Olympic medal for ice skating," Apollo said. "I think that's pretty interesting!"
Offline
"I'm guessing we shall be having an Ultimate Ice Skater in our class, then!"
Offline
Calix nodded.
