Competitors have until just before the Olympics to receive citizenship." according to Wikipedia that are the terms for figure skating participation in the Olympics. Where is HPA anyways lol, is it in Japan?

There's also borderline dangerous or straight out dangerous talents too lol. Like, in canon, Ultimate Soldier and Ultimate Assassin.
Might as well mention the Ultimate Soldier was a soldier because she enjoyed being in battle and fighting.

Just to show more clearly that chaos is normal in HPA
Iirc the homeroom classroom's wall got demolished by two students training-fighting xD
Also one of the students (accidentally? I think it was an accident in which they meant to do something similar but not as dangerous) put a drug into the class's food and got them all sent to the infirmary.

But also a couple students once got expelled because the directors thought they'd had part in a scheme of blowing up part of the school intentionally.
It was actually an accident too and the wrong persons got punished but yep there's limits, kinda.
