Sollux just kinda goes to her exams with pictures of herself.
Maybe it's combined with Francis' exam, making it so he's the one to design her clothing.
Allen cleans larger portions of the school with each passing year but he also does the laundry for school-owned clothing and he arranges desks/lockers/etc. in perfect symmetry.

I don't know/remember if the universe is set in the future, but anyways, technology is slightly more advanced yet not by much. Phones do exist xD.
