Kiaane, despite technically being the one to complete the guild in question, has never cheered in their life and so does not cheer.
The totally-NPC does cheer, though. She brightens with what seems to be genuine excitement and slightly raises both arms into the air.

Totally-NPC, who now might have a name, would've whistled if she were in the Modern Sect. She claps rigorously until her hands are pretty much red from all the force.

((Well personally I think the meeting would only have higher ranked people there, and there's way less of them than the entire guild, plus they're just going to be talking, not talking and eating. That's what I see atm. Them eating and planning seems a bit harder, for some reason.))
