That section in his Powers category makes me think of what GGaD!Specter would do if they caught someone messing around with reality just on whims
They'd definitely throw hands.
They may seem playful and the all-nonsense type but there's a hint of responsibility there.

I think the only time they've used slightly dangerous powers was when they turned Alexander into a ghost.
And that gave them glitches from not having used their ability for a long time lol.

Headcanon that Specter held trick-or-treating events for the children souls in their domain and gave them ghost candy.
Youri-naiim doesn't find much joy in the idea of dressing up--why would he masquerade as someone other than himself just for fun?--as weird "scary" things, and he also doesn't eat the artificial candy things. But he might go around accompanying some children, if they're friendly. He does think that going around at night is fun but he considers its possible danger.
Martin would say he doesn't think trick-or-treating but if someone were to invite him he'd eagerly agree. He's just stuck in his kind of thought that says that he needs to act 'serious' and that stuff. He would probably wear a knight costume.
Aereon doesn't go out for candy, that's obvious xD. But if kids found their way (somehow) to where she is, she'd give candy generously! Surprising for her to be generous about something xD but she does like kids. If she had to attend a party for kids she wouldn't mind dressing up as a witch but just to please the children. She isn't very fond of her witch classification.
Laurie doesn't know what Halloween is exactly but she'd love to learn more.
Sollux goes out for candy but dressed as a fairy. I wonder if Sunny would slap her for her... uhhh... clothing choice.

Hmm. Well, for the Cheetah, she isn't really "evil" but more self-centered than anything tbh. If she acts evil it is probably not on purpose.

I think Dion was craving a bit of human contact after being isolated in the prison for a month, so that's why he initially acted so open. You can also blame this slightly OOC attitude on my weak rping skills but .
Also he opens up a little depending on others' attitude towards him. Rai broke him out of the prison, so Dion was immediately like "oh this person nice" and didn't restrain himself much (which brings up the thought that it's a good thing that Rai is not evil or something lol). For Wiley, he didn't care much in their first meeting it seems but afterwards xD it's just like "NOPE" and Dion has an agressive attitude for the chemist. He indeed does not appreciate the height jokes.
This is going to seem immature (but Dion is immature so it doesn't matter a lot lol) but he kind of sees what he can get from his interaction with others. Like, the offer of sweets was enough to get him to post as an art model lol which is something he'd normally not have done.

By the way, Dion's actually pretty tall. He's 5'6'' and that is like average height. He still can grow a bit more too.
