So on the Ambassadors issue, I'm leaning towards the first option because ambassadors do have lawful immunity to some extent but it shouldn't be an excuse or something that makes it so no one wants to be an ambassador.
If the 5th issue comes soon, I'll make that choice and you'll have a sole decision.
