Both wouldn't mind if the other had an opposite preference (preferences TBA) and would try to go along with the other, but if, say, if one likes white and the other likes red, they'll end up just doing that respectively
Rai'd suggest two weddings, one for white attire and one for red attire xD before realizing "oh wait that's not how it goes huh"
In any case though neither has family to come to their wedding so they could do a solo and then one with friends or something.
idk neither of them are expressing strong opinions on this in my mind lol but I do know both of them are blushing and making me blush for no reason sjfosdfjodfijodi

Okay, so, going back to that food for thought.
I feel like Rai's associated so strongly with Western suits that it'd be interesting for me to even try to draw him in a non-Western suit (I mean c'mon, I've sketched him in running outfits and xD I'm always like "You sure you're Rai???) 
But I think he'd wear a more modern Tang jacket, possibly a dark blue one with a large golden dragon sewn along the sides. He could also wear a jacket with a mandarin collar.
He could obviously also go with a black suit, white shirt inside, and a black tie, but for him that's even more monochrome than his typical look that he'd be hesitant to wear it. Perhaps in the days after his wedding he'd wear that.

As for Anima, I feel like she would literally have no preference. She's worn dresses in the past, so that's not an issue, and she pretty much does not care what color she wears. So, she could go with red or white. She might incline towards white at first because of its representation of death but then realize it's a wedding and thus go towards red, but Rai also could care less about color representations, so in the end it's something like "one of their friends draws a random number, odd=red, even=white".
Rai ends up buying both colors or something anyways lol. One is for the wedding ceremony, and the other is just...there.  
I still feel like they'd have a very small wedding, but that's up for future happenings.
